I chose this office because it was close to me and the reviews were so positive, and I have to say , the services and care received most definitely lived up to all the positive reviews I read. From being received by friendly staff at the reception, to the care and time, as well as thorough exam I received from the doctor as a new client - it was above and beyond my expectations. Absolutely incredible experience! Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves are absolute professionals through and through. Very kind and gentle in their approach. If youre nervous about visiting the dentist, dont hesitate to contact Thunderbird, they'll do a thorough job while ensuring you are comfortable.
It's kinda weird, never in my life did I imagine I would enjoy going to the dentist. All the staff is friendly, professional and seems to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer. All the dentists are honest and never try and sell me on extra dental work. Angela is an absolute gem and so great at her craft. I have insanely sensitive teeth and since I started seeing her, I've not needed any freezing for a cleaning. As a new patient my experience has been very positive. From the moment I stepped in with the receptionist to the dental assistant, hygienist and the dentist I felt comfortable and was very impressed with the service. Great practice and I highly recommend
