Ticor is trying to delete my review even though it is honest and forthcoming about my experience. Sarah Geddes is wonderful to work with. However, the same cannot be said about her assistant Linda. Linda communicated with us 4x via email on February 12th, 2026 with 4 out of 4 emails containing some concerning typos and lack of attention to detail. Her first email to us is addressed to no one. I recently closed a transaction with Ticor Title Mid-Valley and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. After my closing, Ticor overpaid my property taxes because they did not obtain an updated payoff amount closer to my August 18 closing date (despite being told on July 31 to do so). The county refunded Ticor on September 16, but when I asked for my funds to be returned, I was told I must wait an additional 7–10 days for the county’s check to “clear.” These are my funds being held in trust, not Ticor’s. Would give ZERO stars if possible. We were provided with minimal assistance when we sold our property last year. It has now been over a year, and we are still awaiting the check payment for the property we sold. The manager at this location appears to prioritize personal feelings, which has led her to avoid providing us with the check. It is important to note that the property was inherited, but the estate went through court twice, and my husband was deemed the owner. Sarah and her team were great to work with. Sarah was very responsive to all of my questions and made the closing process as easy as possible! I would definitely recommend Sarah!! Laura, the amazing receptionist, was also great to work with, always friendly, and welcoming!! I would recommend all of their staff but Sarah and Laura were absolutely the best!!!
