Dodie and her team were great to work with. We sold our primary residence in Sept 2025 and a family trust home in March 2026. Both transactions were handled efficiently without complications by her at Ticor Title in Clackamas. The Trust house sale had some nuances, one of which was that I was out of state for the entire process. Everything was addressed either online or with a mobile notary which Dodie arranged.
