Ticor is always my first choice when working with a title company. The staff are so friendly and welcoming when my clients and I walk in. Danielle has gone above and beyond on helping to close transactions and I know I don't have anything to worry about when she and her team are handling the transaction. Eric, is always quick to help me with any app questions and getting me neighborhood information. Ticor Title is amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. When I need something, I get it immediately. Their communication is exceptional, especially talking people through things they are unfamiliar with. They are skilled in handling the unusual. For example, they are currently helping me navigate a transaction with a seller who lives in France. Highly recommend.
