Working with Allie Hibbs at Ticor Title & Escrow is always such a great experience. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly organized, which makes every transaction feel seamless from start to finish. Sadly, this was not a good experience for us. People were super friendly and kind, but communication was very poor and deadlines were missed, leaving us homeless for about 4 days as they were unable to finish the paperwork in time before they left for the long weekend. When I called to get more information nobody knew what was going on and it felt like we slipped through the cracks, like we were not a priority. So if you're looking for a title company, please choose another one and avoid the headache.
