8/6/26 update: Ticor thank you for responding to my post. The notice I received said Ticor can "disclose the categories of Personal Information and Browsing Information listed above to affiliated or non-affiliated third parties with whom we perform joint marketing". Initial post 8/5/26: My experience with Ticor Title was disappointing. I was also very troubled by the privacy fine print. Terrible service and unknowledgeable people!!! Jenall Thellmen from Ticor gave us a lot of surprises during our transaction, one of which was telling us we need to pay more taxes just 2 days before closing. We reached back and forth for explanation but they kept telling they're doing right while in fact it's not their job to mess with lender about taxes. We couldn't do anything with the time constraint. Even I reached to their manager but still had the same answer. I would give 0 star for this service if I can!!!
Aimee Rado, Lauren Holden, and the whole Westlake Team have been so amazing to work with! "Agent" Diana Lopez lied on the real estate disclosure form that there were no repairs needed to complete this sale of seller's home. After an inspection report cited a missing heater that is required by State code, this repair wasn't done & my appraisal failed to go through with my lender. I emailed Lopez on 9.14 of my intent to Rescind the offer made on 8.26 giving sufficient notice.
