I love Ticor Title, especially my Ticor Rep., Nicole Hall, and Susan Schmitt, President, Operations Manager. They are always putting on valuable trainings to help realtors and investors better serve their clients. I am not aware of any title company that puts on the number and level of trainings that Ticor does. I particularly enjoy working with Nicole. My experience was very awkward and unprofessional. I came in to sign some paperwork without an appointment and rang the bell, but no one came out. After a couple of minutes, an employee walked in, completely ignored me, and walked past. I rang the bell again, and eventually, she came back with another employee. When I signed the documents, they didn’t even ask to see my ID to verify who I was which was concerning. I also had a simple question, and the response I got was dismissive. I had the worst experience working with these guys “Team Dani” and his crew. Never got a hold to that guy he delegates to his secretary to take care of the clients. We’ve had agreed about the grand total $check for me to bring and after signing all the tittle paper work as I was leaving they told me to wait on the lobby and then out of the blue the secretary came out with a sticky note saying that I still had a balance to pay for some bs reason not very clear which I was so mad but I ended up paying it just to get it over wi... read more
