I represented the buyers on a recently closed sale. I was floored by how smooth this transaction was, and it was in large part thanks to Anna Holter and her team. They were incredibly communicative, worked well with my buyers, and they were helpful as we brainstormed potential alternatives when a leasing company wasn't responding and threatened to delay closing. I’m impressed. Thanks for making it happen!
Thank you to Anna Holter and her team at the Gig Harbor Office. They were so great at communicating with all parties involved in our transaction. My Seller moved out of State before his home sold, and Anna always kept him updated and made sure signing was smooth and easy for him to understand. Wonderful work everyone!
We had a great experience with Ticor Title. We were selling a house in Washington and buying a house in another state at the same time and not only did The team make it possible to sign both transactions on the same day and time, but they worked together and beat the dead line which saved us a lot of money on interest. We highly recommend Ticor . Thank you Karen, Katie and the rest of the team. Job well done.
Always a pleasure working with Team Vicki! I have asked her and her crew to move mountains, and they come through with professionalism, great humor and a smile on their faces. Thank you for another great transaction.
Hats off to perhaps one of the very best Escrow & Title companies I have "ever dealt with in my entire real estate career. Consistently professional & yet always with a great attitude!!! Resp: Jeffery "JP" Prestage Windermere Gig Harbor - Downtown
