Worst experience I’ve had with a business in years. Had 3 visits with them over several weeks and nothing happened. Told me that I needed a specific form from the seller which the seller then personally dropped off. Ticor saw fit to promptly lose said form and tell me that we needed the same info that was on that form. At this point I grew slightly frustrated with the process and I was told that Ticor didn’t want my business anymore due to my attitude. Wow what an absolute terrible service. We have been trying to do a title transfer and talking to Doug today was a nightmare. They lost our paperwork after specifically asking for us to write up a document and have multiple people sign it. Then he had the audacity to blame us and to also treat us as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. He is condescending and disrespectful. We will tell everyone to stay away from this business from now on.
We had to postpone our closing date for 4 separate times because of a number of issues. We sold our property on 3-22-2022 but we did not receive our portion of the money until 6-8-2022. This tells you all you need to know about this company. If they were any slower they would have moss on their back. Let me explain.
