I’ve had the pleasure to work with Miy”My”Deleon as a Listing agent & Buyers agent.🏘️In my 18+ years in the Real Estate industry I’ve never had the privilege to work with an escrow officer like Miy. Miy has an amazing personality. She’s funny, charismatic, hardworking, helpful and extremely patient, Miy will go above and beyond to help you get the deals closed on time and stress free. During our escrows we didn’t have to worry about anything, She makes the process easier for us as agents. Miy is not your typical escrow offi... read more
While I don't have too many manufactured home listings, I've had the pleasure of working with Miy at Ticor Title a number of times during my real estate broker career. Each transaction has been nothing but smooth and easy. I have literally worked over 100 different escrow offices through the decades and I smile when I know a transaction will end up on Miy's desk. Efficient, excellent communications, and no drama. She knows her job and does it very well.
We just closed escrow on a purchase where Steve White and Alex Magana were the escrow officers, and we couldn't be happier! They worked quickly and efficiently to help us close on time and were so easy to work with. I highly recommend Steve and Alex for your escrow needs and look forward to working with them again soon. Thank you both!
I've owned 12 houses and thanks to Miy DeLeon, this was the best escrow experience ever! Even on weekends she got back to us! UPDATE--We had an issue about our title due to our delayed occupation of our property which could have affected our registration. DEven after the sale the support was incredible!!!
Miy (pronounced My) is the best! Efficient, Detail Oriented, and calm under pressure! O, and a great sense of humor! Definitely one of the best escrow officers I’ve ever worked with in my 25 years in the business. Thanks Miy, definitely look forward to the next escrow…. 😁👍💯
