My wife & I were on vacation & our car was extremely dirty. The young man that I spoke to ensured me he could get every bug off the car & it would look new. Well, I will say FREDDIE E. did an amazing job & I highly recommended the car wash especially if he’s the individual prepping your car.
I been a member for about 8 months now at the Nine Mile Road Tidal Wave! The staff is super friendly, fast, and make the whole visit easy from start to finish. My car always comes out looking spotless—way cleaner than I expected for how quick the process was. The vacuums have the greatest suction in the Pensacola area, the facility is well-kept, and everything felt really organized. Best experience I’ve had in a long time! Kayla L was friendly, quick, and really paid attention to detail. My car came out spotless after a roadtrip covered my car in bugs! The whole process was smooth, affordable, and super convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Kayla to everyone!
THE WORST SERVICE! Pulled into the prep bay. Gets asked to remove pressure washer hose out of back of vehicle which was absolutely correct and I forgot to remove and he politely removed it. Good service! Then proceeds to push my $400 cooler against my $1000 dollar toolbox that’s painted diamond plate. I asked the worker to please not scratch my cooler or my toolbox and that it should be fine where it was at in the middle of my truck bed and he stated it has to be up against the toolbox. Came down to get my car washed and everything was great. Great customer service and employees. Someone who really stood out from everyone else was Freddie. You can tell he comes to work with a great attitude and ready to put a smile on your face. I don’t know how long he has been working here but I’d do anything to keep him around.
