Jordan took extra care getting my vehicle prepped for washing. I was delighted that he used his brush on the front bumper for more than 2 seconds. It makes a big difference because the carwash itself does not remove stuck-on bugs.
Excellent customer service whenever I get my car washed! Everyone who works here is supremely welcoming.
I gave up on washing my car at home because the hard water leaves spots that are difficult to remove. That's not a problem at Tidal Wave. Just enjoy the ride through the tunnel and let the machine do all the work. Then pull around and polish it off with the free to use microfiber towels and glass cleaner. Vacuum all you want for free too. And the high pressure air nozzle is fantastic for blowing dust and debris from all the crooks & crannies. Jordan and all the crew at Tidal Wave in Moultrie do a great job!
As long as you understand that a place like this isn't going to detail your car, it's a great place to easily and consistently knock the dirt off. The staff is great and there appears to be little turnover. JORDAN RULZ!
