Amazing service! The workers were so nice and welcoming and explained things to where I could understand because it was my first visit :) definitely recommend going here !
Absolutely terrible service! I came in last night and my car was pretty dirty due to the mud on my farm and they didn’t even pressure wash! We left with a lot of mud on our car as well! I’m not a fan and I’ll never come back! To the site leader please talk to your workers because they were extremely lazy! The guy made us roll the window down to tell us everything shuts off at 8. There were cones out at 7:50 in the new member lane. There weren’t any carts out! This was a very poor experience!
Jordan took extra care getting my vehicle prepped for washing. I was delighted that he used his brush on the front bumper for more than 2 seconds. It makes a big difference because the carwash itself does not remove stuck-on bugs.
I gave up on washing my car at home because the hard water leaves spots that are difficult to remove. That's not a problem at Tidal Wave. Just enjoy the ride through the tunnel and let the machine do all the work. Then pull around and polish it off with the free to use microfiber towels and glass cleaner. Vacuum all you want for free too. And the high pressure air nozzle is fantastic for blowing dust and debris from all the crooks & crannies. Jordan and all the crew at Tidal Wave in Moultrie do a great job!
I am part of their monthly club, so I can wash my car as many times I like for one set price. I could literally go everyday! The staff is always friendly offering a smile or even a joke from time to time.
