Always a Great Experience! I just added another car to my account, and the staff made it super easy — they were so friendly and helpful! This place must be getting popular because I’ve noticed a few longer wait times lately, but it’s worth it every time. My car always comes out sparkling clean, and I love how simple the drive-up tag system makes everything.
Isaiah is absolutely phenomenal. His smile lights up the parking lot when you come through. No matter how busy they are, he goes above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is clean. Exceptional manners and customer service. The manager David is always helpful and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Keep up the good work guys!
Chris has top-notch customer service 🥳which is rare now days! I finally bought the monthly membership. One star is removed because I’ve continued to have issues with a lot of bugs left on my front end. I’ve been purchasing the wash that is one below the top. Had to run it through twice today and Chris scrubbed between the washes. I also would like to see the trash cans moved further over so that my driver side door doesn't hit them when opening. For now, I put one of the microfiber clothes on them as a bumper.
Chris in Athens Tn was so helpful when we went through the car wash. He was nice and polite to us. If we have any further concerns we will definitely ask Chris.
