ALERT!!! Yall's towels are absolutely disgusting.They smell like dirty old mold!!!!! Seriously.Get this handled Immediately I have to go home and clean this now with a clean towel and something sanitary Thanks for making my vehicle smell like butt!!!! Every cart every single towel Is guaranteed to leave a nasty smell in your vehicle don't use them!!!! Tidal Wave does an excellent job on your vehicle as you will exit the tunnel very nearly totally clean. Use the provided towels, cleaners ans vacuums to make your car perfect! The manager, David, does a great job and really cares about his customers. We have the family plan there and I’m very happy with quality and professionalism at Tidal Wave in Athens!
I expected just another waste of money at the car wash when I decided to come about a week ago. My truck will be dirty again in about two weeks due to my job in construction. This was hands down one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. A young man named Donovan greeted me with a smile and we even chatted about how much he enjoyed working at the car wash. If there were more young people like him in America, I would feel better about our future. God Bless, Papaw Gee
One of the best car washes I’ve ever been to.the Manager Donovan is very well trained and clearly knows what he’s doing. Very good car wash experience. I will definitely be going back hopefully Donovan is there super friendly and a good leader.
