Get the membership! We come here multiple times a week and the staff is incredible. They are hand scrubbing my car before the wash. It’s absolutely worth the money. The best car wash you can get!!! The vacuums are extremely powerful and it takes no time to vacuum the entire car. Love this place!!!
Will NOT let you cancel your membership. I've called, emailed, emailed, and emailed again and received absolutely no assistance or support. I am going to just have to order a new card and cancel the one I have on file to get this to end. Extremely frustrating. Poor customer service. Overall, I do not mind the place. It's fine. Most basic car wash place ever, but it does the job. Not being able to cancel my subscription, though, has ensured I won't return.
The only young that works here Me and my wife always get to talk to her because she’s here almost everyday Every time we are her she is doing more than most of the guys. She deserves a raise we thing she’s a good candidate for manager. We love her customer service skills on top of being the goat of all the employees here. God bless her we definitely enjoy the service she provides. She the one that got us our membership here. Upgrade is next We will be taking to here for the best upgrade.
EXCELLENT SERVICE! We have a membership and have no issues at all. I went in today (5/6/26) after a road tip with a ton of bugs! The gentleman helping me (didn't get his name) took his time to scrub the front and did a top-notch job! What a kind person with great customer service!
Signs at the start of line states that there is a truck lane when the "truck lane" is the membership lane. Line into the wash itself was clear while everyone in the line was waiting to go into the carwash. Everyone was sitting for a good 10 to 5 minutes between the very few cars they would let in.
