I expected just another waste of money at the car wash when I decided to come about a week ago. My truck will be dirty again in about two weeks due to my job in construction. This was hands down one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. A young man named Donovan greeted me with a smile and we even chatted about how much he enjoyed working at the car wash. If there were more young people like him in America, I would feel better about our future. God Bless, Papaw Gee
ALERT!!! Yall's towels are absolutely disgusting.They smell like dirty old mold!!!!! Seriously.Get this handled Immediately I have to go home and clean this now with a clean towel and something sanitary Thanks for making my vehicle smell like butt!!!! Every cart every single towel Is guaranteed to leave a nasty smell in your vehicle don't use them!!!! When I was driving down the road looking for a car wash I saw Tidal wave and knew I needed to go there. When I first went in the wash I was greeted by this outstanding young man named Donovan. He really lightened my day up and was able to direct me on what to get and how to wash my car. He was a great guy and hope that everyone can be like him. I have to recommend if you are in the area and need a car wash Tidal is the place to go!!!
Recently moved to the Athens area and so glad I found a nice place to keep my car looking good! Swung by today and once again had a great experience. 3rd time that Donovan has guiding me into the tunnel and once again he cleaned the front back and mirrors before the wash even started. Thanks Donovan and Tidal Wave!
Donovan is awesome! Super friendly and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Every time I come through, he’s got a great attitude and helps make the experience quick and easy. Definitely appreciate the extra effort — shoutout to Donovan!
