I pay almost $50 a month for the best wash. I usually have no problems. most of the time if the wash was given was no right they would make it right . Today they refused to do so. I am beginning to think they don’t want my business. Could management please explain your policy to me. I am tempted to find another place that stands by their service
If your car is dirty, don't bother. I will give them some credit, the first vehicle turned out good. The second did not go so well and they refused a rewash saying it was using too much product. So, I just left with a dirty car and I'll take it to someone who does it by hand. Once I got out of the tunnel, the dirt just wiped off with a towel. So, you want a quick polish, it'll work. If your car needs a good wash, it's a waste of time and money. This wasn't cheap at $15 for a basic and I tipped $3
Tidal Wave is a great place to use for all car wash/cleaning needs! If I could give this place 10 stars I would, and I definitely recommend. Staff is great, they are polite and very respectful!
Memberships were done while others are waiting in line backing up the regular line for 20+ minutes. Dozens of cars were going in the other line while the rest of us had to wait. We aren’t from the area but other car wash places do that process not in the busy line. But friendly overall and car wash was fine.
I visited the location on Stateline in Texarkana on 12/28/2025. Like many times as I entered the lane for members to go through I was held up while an employee was setting up a new customer in the wrong lane causing me to have to wait. I entered the car wash as usual and nothing happened. My car proceeded down the lane with no soap or water being sprayed.
