I visited the location on Stateline in Texarkana on 12/28/2025. Like many times as I entered the lane for members to go through I was held up while an employee was setting up a new customer in the wrong lane causing me to have to wait. I entered the car wash as usual and nothing happened. My car proceeded down the lane with no soap or water being sprayed. This car wash is Fantastic!!! Kaleb was so helpful and informative about the different packages and prices. He was very knowledgeable when answering my questions. I appreciate his politeness and his assistance. 5 ⭐️ ‘s for Kaleb too!! My car is always clean as a whistle when I leave!
The gentleman attendant was very nice and helpful. He approached in brief conversation to apologize for my long wait time (as he was the only attendant, it appeared), and told me how to get a coupon for a free carwash on my next visit. He also answered my questions about my concerns of pinstripes being chipped off in the wash and turned off the tire brushes at my request to avoid them from brushing the stripes low on my car, which is low to the ground. I will happily be a repeat customer.
Their car wash tore the antenna off my car and when I asked for it to be made right the employee, Esteban, just quoted their sign and said I threatened him and called the cops on me. All because they damaged my brand new car and I said I wasn't going to take that. If you don't want your vehicle damaged then don't go here! Esteban has the worst customer service I've ever seen.
Tidal Wave is a great place to use for all car wash/cleaning needs! If I could give this place 10 stars I would, and I definitely recommend. Staff is great, they are polite and very respectful!
