The gentleman attendant was very nice and helpful. He approached in brief conversation to apologize for my long wait time (as he was the only attendant, it appeared), and told me how to get a coupon for a free carwash on my next visit. He also answered my questions about my concerns of pinstripes being chipped off in the wash and turned off the tire brushes at my request to avoid them from brushing the stripes low on my car, which is low to the ground. I will happily be a repeat customer.

Please do not use this place. I went to get my car washed and sat in line for nearly 10 minutes. Due to the length of time that I had waited, I was going to leave. There was no one behind me, so I backed up to pull out. When I did, there were 3 cones blocking the entrance. So, I had no choice but to pull back in line. I have called this company for over a month and emailed for a cancellation and I’m still being charged $50. At this point, it’s clear to me that this company operates more like a scam. You can join easily enough, but getting out is another story—just like Hotel California. Honestly, that should be the name of this company. I’ll be leaving a review to warn others: beware of memberships that are easy to enter but nearly impossible to exit. This was my first time at a car wash like Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and I had a lot of questions—but the staff was fantastic and super helpful! They guided me through everything and made the experience easy and stress-free. After the wash, I was impressed by their amazing facility for vacuuming and detailing—complete with carts stocked with spray and nice hand towels for cleaning the interior. It’s such a thoughtful setup. I’ll definitely be going back!

Really clean and did a great job on my vehicle. They have plenty of vacuums and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend giving them a try.
