I have called this company for over a month and emailed for a cancellation and I’m still being charged $50. At this point, it’s clear to me that this company operates more like a scam. You can join easily enough, but getting out is another story—just like Hotel California. Honestly, that should be the name of this company. I’ll be leaving a review to warn others: beware of memberships that are easy to enter but nearly impossible to exit. This was my first time at a car wash like Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and I had a lot of questions—but the staff was fantastic and super helpful! They guided me through everything and made the experience easy and stress-free. After the wash, I was impressed by their amazing facility for vacuuming and detailing—complete with carts stocked with spray and nice hand towels for cleaning the interior. It’s such a thoughtful setup. I’ll definitely be going back!

Employees are courteous and the wash is good. The vacuums are great, everything is great except the last two times I was there someone started playing overly loud music. That just ruins a good experience. Not everyone likes there music loud enough to bother other people.
