I pay almost $50 a month for the best wash. I usually have no problems. most of the time if the wash was given was no right they would make it right . Today they refused to do so. I am beginning to think they don’t want my business. Could management please explain your policy to me. I am tempted to find another place that stands by their service
I visited this location on Thursday, May 14 and my taillight was broken in the wash. They denied my claim because my car is too old. It doesn't matter that my car had no damage and is well taken care of. Honestly seems like they don't even care and just concerned about their bottom line. I will be cancelling my wash membership and dispute the claim resolution. WOW, what a response! If your car is dirty, don't bother. I will give them some credit, the first vehicle turned out good. The second did not go so well and they refused a rewash saying it was using too much product. So, I just left with a dirty car and I'll take it to someone who does it by hand. Once I got out of the tunnel, the dirt just wiped off with a towel. So, you want a quick polish, it'll work. If your car needs a good wash, it's a waste of time and money. This wasn't cheap at $15 for a basic and I tipped $3
Tidal Wave is a great place to use for all car wash/cleaning needs! If I could give this place 10 stars I would, and I definitely recommend. Staff is great, they are polite and very respectful!
Really appreciate the exceptional service. The guy with the dreads went above and beyond to help me in the pouring rain.. and not to mention there is another guy out treating the concrete in the rain as well. I love it great team here!
