I took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee there several times the first 5 times it was awesome. I always made my car looking smell good. But on the sixth time I noticed my antana, on top of my Jeep, it was broke off when I pulled into the cleaning station where the vacuums are, I immediately reported it to the staff. They did stop the wash and me, and one of the employees walked through there. Looking for my antenna could not be found. I was like, what if it fell between the greats? Tidal Wave is a great place to use for all car wash/cleaning needs! If I could give this place 10 stars I would, and I definitely recommend. Staff is great, they are polite and very respectful!
I visited this location on Thursday, May 14 and my taillight was broken in the wash. They denied my claim because my car is too old. It doesn't matter that my car had no damage and is well taken care of. Honestly seems like they don't even care and just concerned about their bottom line. I will be cancelling my wash membership and dispute the claim resolution. WOW, what a response! Really appreciate the exceptional service. The guy with the dreads went above and beyond to help me in the pouring rain.. and not to mention there is another guy out treating the concrete in the rain as well. I love it great team here!
Memberships were done while others are waiting in line backing up the regular line for 20+ minutes. Dozens of cars were going in the other line while the rest of us had to wait. We aren’t from the area but other car wash places do that process not in the busy line. But friendly overall and car wash was fine.
