Car wash definitely does a better job than other local locations, I have noticed after several times the individuals that greet the entrance to the wash seam to be in a HURRY flopping the mop on the vehicle and especially the older black guy who seams to have the Attitude like it’s your privilege to have him! Besides that the car wash does a great job and the vacuums are strong and the damp towels help a lot.
SCAM ALERT! The car wash is just as fine as any other automated car wash. My complaint is that the kid working the booth signed me up for a monthly payment plan without telling me he was doing so. He took my card, he entered all of the information....he punched all the buttons while ryshing me through the line. THIS IS PREDATORY! Dec 2023: Disappointed in the wash today! July 2023: Their $10 car washes are now $12.00. August 2021: Good Job! They really scrubbed on the front before sending me through the wash! I’ll give them 5 stars for that effort. June 2021: I go here because it’s $10 and the location works for me. The wash job doesn’t get the bugs off in front very well and doesn’t get it all the way clean on the back side. But then again, it’s only $10. They provide self vacuuming stations. Had a great experience at Tidal Wave this morning!!! Lee was fabulous! You know I have seen him several time and he’s super kind; and seems to be excited about what he does! It’s great to see people taking pride in their work now a days 🥰🦋! I salute you Sir! Hope I got your name right, it’s is long day! I went through this facility to get a car wash. They said I could use their car wash for 30 days for free. I didn’t go back and never thought of it again. However, on my checking account, they took out $34.97 without my permission. I did not agree to a recurring service. This was not discussed that this would happen either. I didn’t sign up for this as well. Very shady business practices.
