I was on the fence about using this car wash based on an earlier experience but I was in a hurry and decided to try it again. After waiting for more than 10 minutes in line behind one customer I was directed to move to another line. I asked for a sales receipt and was informed that he would have to go to another location to obtain so I said just skip it. I own four cars plus my girlfriend's 2. We don't have a membership because we have too many cars. We just wash the cars when we need it, but we are here usually at least twice a week. Stopped in last night to vacuum my formats and use the free vacuums. Until can tell this man i came up harassing me telling me if I don't buy a car wash. I am not allowed to use the vacuum. Dec 2023: Disappointed in the wash today! July 2023: Their $10 car washes are now $12.00. August 2021: Good Job! They really scrubbed on the front before sending me through the wash! I’ll give them 5 stars for that effort. June 2021: I go here because it’s $10 and the location works for me. The wash job doesn’t get the bugs off in front very well and doesn’t get it all the way clean on the back side. But then again, it’s only $10. They provide self vacuuming stations. Car wash definitely does a better job than other local locations, I have noticed after several times the individuals that greet the entrance to the wash seam to be in a HURRY flopping the mop on the vehicle and especially the older black guy who seams to have the Attitude like it’s your privilege to have him! Besides that the car wash does a great job and the vacuums are strong and the damp towels help a lot.
Probably going to cancel my membership again. There is an attendant there that hit my car so hard with the broom they used to pre wash the car (which I didn’t ask for) that my back windshield shook. There was a small dent on the car but we also just had a hail storm and since I had not inspected my vehicle prior to entering the car wash I didn’t bring it up to the management.
