I’m part of the Clean Club. Mark was serving the drying area and checked in to make sure my car got clean. Which it did. Short conversation and excellent customer service goes a long way. Highly recommend you guys.
The customer service is terrible. The guy didn’t say anything to us except to try and sell us a monthly subscription. He didn’t greet us nor did he even say thank you after we bought a $20 car wash. Furthermore, the wash was terrible. We came in with bird droppings on our car and left with droppings on our car. I recognize with an automatic car wash it may not get everything but thats the purpose of the worker when you first enter. They’re supposed to make sure to attend to specific areas. The staff are friendly & I really appreciate that they take care when using the brooms during the pre-wash process. I have expressed that as a club member, that is VERY important to me to reduce scratches over time. I highly recommend this car wash!! :)
Car wash definitely does a better job than other local locations, I have noticed after several times the individuals that greet the entrance to the wash seam to be in a HURRY flopping the mop on the vehicle and especially the older black guy who seams to have the Attitude like it’s your privilege to have him! Besides that the car wash does a great job and the vacuums are strong and the damp towels help a lot.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Tidal Wave! Alex provided excellent customer service — super friendly, attentive, and made sure my car wash went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job, but Alex definitely does. My car looks amazing — shiny and spotless! Highly recommend coming here! 🚗✨
