The customer service is terrible. The guy didn’t say anything to us except to try and sell us a monthly subscription. He didn’t greet us nor did he even say thank you after we bought a $20 car wash. Furthermore, the wash was terrible. We came in with bird droppings on our car and left with droppings on our car. I recognize with an automatic car wash it may not get everything but thats the purpose of the worker when you first enter. They’re supposed to make sure to attend to specific areas. I was on the fence about using this car wash based on an earlier experience but I was in a hurry and decided to try it again. After waiting for more than 10 minutes in line behind one customer I was directed to move to another line. I asked for a sales receipt and was informed that he would have to go to another location to obtain so I said just skip it. I was very impressed by one of your employees, MARK, who observant while switching out the rags, that I was rather taken back by mud running down the back window of my SUV. He ask if I had been on a country road which I replied yes. He took the time to explain to me how dust settles in the crevices of the doors and when you go through the car wash the water cleans off the car making it wet but as you run through the air blowers the dust that settles in the crevices/seams of the doors and cracks is blown out when you get t... read more

I went to wash my car today and was helped by Alex, and I have to say he did an outstanding job. From the moment I pulled up, he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. He paid close attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked spotless by the time I left. It's rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work, but Alex definitely does. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others, thanks to Alex's excellent service!

This is the best car wash in Blue Springs! Been coming here for two years. When I pulled in this morning the owner himself prewashed my car. I had just driven through Kansas and my car was loaded with bug splatters. He personally took a sponge and wiped off the headlights and grill. What owner does that?! One who cares about his customers and his business! The self service area is always super clean, well stocked, and everything is in tip top shape.
