The customer service is terrible. The guy didn’t say anything to us except to try and sell us a monthly subscription. He didn’t greet us nor did he even say thank you after we bought a $20 car wash. Furthermore, the wash was terrible. We came in with bird droppings on our car and left with droppings on our car. I recognize with an automatic car wash it may not get everything but thats the purpose of the worker when you first enter. They’re supposed to make sure to attend to specific areas. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Tidal Wave! Alex provided excellent customer service — super friendly, attentive, and made sure my car wash went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job, but Alex definitely does. My car looks amazing — shiny and spotless! Highly recommend coming here! 🚗✨
I went thru Tidalwave today and experienced amazing customer service from Ayden. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was properly prepped before running me thru the wash...I have always preached to my own employees in the work place that efficiency isn't working extremely fast and not doing a good job. Efficiency is working fast , and consistent while doing a great job the first time..Great job Tidalwave for being the best in town!
Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The young man Ayden who directed me into the tunnel and did the initial scrub on my car was amazing! He took his time and didn’t just throw the brush over my windshield like a lot of the people do. A true gem at the company! I hope he’s there every time I go. He’ll get a lot of tips from me!!
I was on the fence about using this car wash based on an earlier experience but I was in a hurry and decided to try it again. After waiting for more than 10 minutes in line behind one customer I was directed to move to another line. I asked for a sales receipt and was informed that he would have to go to another location to obtain so I said just skip it.
