Great and friendly staff. Always helping and giving my vehicle and pre wash scrub. Great price for unlimited washes for the month with free vaccum and window cleaner and towels

I stopped by this car wash today and was seriously impressed. The staff was friendly especially Cindy, quick and paid attention to every detail. My car came out looking spotless shiny exterior, clean wheels, and the inside looked brand-new. The place is well-kept, the service is fast, and the prices are totally worth it for the quality you get. Hands down one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had to. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this spot. Highly satisfied!

I almost never leave bad reviews, but people should know about this. I went through the Tidal Wave Auto Spa at this (Manassas) location, and when I got home I noticed fresh scratches on my rear bumper near the reflector that were absolutely not there before. Since it was evening when I noticed it, I called the next morning. After waiting almost 30 minutes on the phone, their corporate customer service in Atlanta told me to drive back to the location so someone there could submit a claim. *Horrible customer service.* I waited over 10 minutes while a new customer was signing up for a membership. During that time, three cars were waved into the other lane, but the line never moved. Several employees appeared more focused on joking around and smacking each other with clipboards than helping customers. There was only one employee actually working hard, trying to manage both lanes by herself, and she was doing her best under the circumstances. Not worth the price! There is no clean towels anywhere, the $30 dollar option is a trick, don’t even pay for it, the tire shine which is one of the options included on this price and visible to the naked eye, are not even shiny, no employees to ask for towels or restock, I had to come up to the guy at the entrance taking the payments he said there was a load of towels washing coming up in 30-45 minutes! Totally unacceptable!
