Joe was very professional and helped me with superb service. This windy beautiful day in November 2025 my vehicle is shining and sparkling clean. I always enjoy Tidal Wave and their friendly staff. Joe really goes above and beyond to help assist the right package preferences and more. Check Tidal Wave out. I will continue to use them! What a privilege it is to find a location that not only has shaded and quality car vacuums, but they are also FREE! Tidal Wave also offers a quality car wash. Thank you so much for this customer-centered business model.
Signed up today for the membership based on reviews. Got the Graph-X4 package and upon inspection after getting home I noticed the entire back of my Toyota Sienna was untouched. Not sure if it’s a one-off, but will try again later this week and provide update.
Not worth the price! There is no clean towels anywhere, the $30 dollar option is a trick, don’t even pay for it, the tire shine which is one of the options included on this price and visible to the naked eye, are not even shiny, no employees to ask for towels or restock, I had to come up to the guy at the entrance taking the payments he said there was a load of towels washing coming up in 30-45 minutes! Totally unacceptable!
I would like to give a huge shout out to CINDY! I was at TW in Manassas on Sudley Road to clean my vehicle and my battery died. I had mentioned what happened to an employee who was empathic but I thought she could not help. I returned to my vehicle to call my insurance company for a jump when I saw Cindy approaching my car with jumper cables.
