Great and friendly staff. Always helping and giving my vehicle and pre wash scrub. Great price for unlimited washes for the month with free vaccum and window cleaner and towels
I almost never leave bad reviews, but people should know about this. I went through the Tidal Wave Auto Spa at this (Manassas) location, and when I got home I noticed fresh scratches on my rear bumper near the reflector that were absolutely not there before. Since it was evening when I noticed it, I called the next morning. After waiting almost 30 minutes on the phone, their corporate customer service in Atlanta told me to drive back to the location so someone there could submit a claim. If I could give 10 of 5 stars I would. I love my membership and I love the customer service even more. Today I went and the attendants were quick, courteous, and just felt so warm and welcoming. Special shout out to the gal at the front who “drew” a little heart in the water on the windshield before heading in to the car wash/auto spa. Clear directions and the warmest smile! Thanks for a great and awesome experience once again, Tidal Wave!
Great experience at Tidal Wave! The car wash was great and my car looked super clean after. Madeline was really helpful when helping me buy my wash. I’ll definitely be coming back!
*Horrible customer service.* I waited over 10 minutes while a new customer was signing up for a membership. During that time, three cars were waved into the other lane, but the line never moved. Several employees appeared more focused on joking around and smacking each other with clipboards than helping customers. There was only one employee actually working hard, trying to manage both lanes by herself, and she was doing her best under the circumstances.
