Not worth the price! There is no clean towels anywhere, the $30 dollar option is a trick, don’t even pay for it, the tire shine which is one of the options included on this price and visible to the naked eye, are not even shiny, no employees to ask for towels or restock, I had to come up to the guy at the entrance taking the payments he said there was a load of towels washing coming up in 30-45 minutes! Totally unacceptable!
Signed up today for the membership based on reviews. Got the Graph-X4 package and upon inspection after getting home I noticed the entire back of my Toyota Sienna was untouched. Not sure if it’s a one-off, but will try again later this week and provide update.
They give the best car washes! The staff is very polite and professional, working around the clock to provide the best customer experience. It is kept very clean and neat with plenty of spaces that provide vacuums, trash cans, and cleaning towels to elevate your cleaning process. They also provide many different types of car washes! I recommend you this place for your much needed summer car clean out and wash!
I went to Tidal wave to get a quick wash last night and my car didn’t want to start upon leaving. They were about to close and Steve the manager was a God send. Steve went above and beyond in helping me to figure out what the issue was and took me to get a battery for my key fob. When that didn’t work , he even waited with me so that a friend could come jump my car. I cannot express enough the depth of gratitude for his support last night. These guys are great… I just wish there was one closer to me. Every time I’m in the area I make this a pitstop. Even the basic wash is better than most.
