Not worth the price! There is no clean towels anywhere, the $30 dollar option is a trick, don’t even pay for it, the tire shine which is one of the options included on this price and visible to the naked eye, are not even shiny, no employees to ask for towels or restock, I had to come up to the guy at the entrance taking the payments he said there was a load of towels washing coming up in 30-45 minutes! Totally unacceptable!
What a privilege it is to find a location that not only has shaded and quality car vacuums, but they are also FREE! Tidal Wave also offers a quality car wash. Thank you so much for this customer-centered business model.
Signed up today for the membership based on reviews. Got the Graph-X4 package and upon inspection after getting home I noticed the entire back of my Toyota Sienna was untouched. Not sure if it’s a one-off, but will try again later this week and provide update.
I went to Tidal wave to get a quick wash last night and my car didn’t want to start upon leaving. They were about to close and Steve the manager was a God send. Steve went above and beyond in helping me to figure out what the issue was and took me to get a battery for my key fob. When that didn’t work , he even waited with me so that a friend could come jump my car. I cannot express enough the depth of gratitude for his support last night. I absolutely love this car wash. This is the best in the northern Virginia area the professionalism, the organization of the set up the parking lot the convenience of the free vacuum and everything is absolutely amazing. Also shout out to cindy, She did a very great job explaining the rewards program and was very nice and pleasant with my purchase, much appreciated. Car comes out looking brand new every time happy
