I have a membership in NC with Tidal Wave and by comparison this Tidal Wave rates below it. Prep wash was minimal, bugs remained on front grill of car. Shortage of drying towels. Having the spray bottles tethered to the pole is ridiculous. One of the vacuums had very little suction. Exit from the car wash drying area was two way. Causing confusion and a bottle neck of vehicles. Best part of is the staff was friendly and courteous.
Very pleasant visit. One of the best locations visited. Love the way my car was cleaned down to the tremendous shine on my tires. The staff were friendly and took time to get any debris off of car before entering the car wash. I most definitely recommend this location.

I bought a membership. And I'm glad I did! Tidal Wave Car Wash has people preparing your car for the wash, doing the undercarriage and wheels before you enter the wash bay. Now I go first, to the front of the line. My car comes out looking new again and then I drive around to vacuum and finish detailing. It's worth the price of a membership to know I can drive in whenever I need to clean up my vehicle.
