Their service is valuable, the machine washes clean and shiny. But compared to ModWash, their rate is higher and does not offer any service discounts, however, they give a better clean tire and rim wash than ModWash. The staff are receptive and helpful, and the location is convenient, its location within Sumter business hub makes then more easily accessible.

I have a membership in NC with Tidal Wave and by comparison this Tidal Wave rates below it. Prep wash was minimal, bugs remained on front grill of car. Shortage of drying towels. Having the spray bottles tethered to the pole is ridiculous. One of the vacuums had very little suction. Exit from the car wash drying area was two way. Causing confusion and a bottle neck of vehicles. Best part of is the staff was friendly and courteous.

I had a membership with this car wash since the car wash opened The issue comes up with price increases and trying to cancel membership. Tidal Wave admits and recorded my last wash was 3 days before membership renewed. My car was totaled the day before my membership renewed and I canceled the membership online the same day. I wasn't given notice of a date increase but Tidal wave took out their extra fee without notice regardless. mason was the best. service was great very respectful and professional. would definitely come back. gave me advice on the different services they provide and how it benefits my vehicle 10/10 would definitely come back.
