I recently visited this car wash and had an amazing experience. The service was top notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly. One staff member in particular stood out Meme. She was an absolute delight, providing wonderful assistance with a huge smile on her face. Her enthusiasm and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. The car wash was thorough and did an excellent job. I'll definitely be back, and I'm already looking forward to being helped by Meme again. 5 stars isn't enough this car wash deserves even m... read more
Being new to Covington, it was time to end my previous relationship with a "national brand" car wash and find a new one to help me keep the Batmobile, Jr. spic-and-span. Had a really great experience with Title Wave. The team is professional, efficient, and makes the whole process incredibly smooth. Also, a quick shout-out to Justus for going the extra mile—that kind of effort doesn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend their services!
This is my first time here - The towels that you use to dry your car off, were all soaking wet. They had been left out in the rain. Really? - $15 for the cheapest wash. Everywhere else it’s like $11. However it cleaned my car good. No place to clean your mats. Really good suction on the vacuum cleaners. The workers were nice!
Honestly had a really good experience at Tidal Wave. Everyone was friendly and made everything quick and easy. Justus was really cool and helpful, and definitely made the experience better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
