I will never go back to Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Salem Rd. Their machine DAMAGED my car. The staff and I reviewed the camera footage and agreed the machine did damage my car which was reported to management. Tidal Wave Auto Spa will not return my calls or emails. I will keep yall posted on the outcome.
Tidal Wave Auto Spa always does a great job, and the staff is super friendly! Kailey was especially helpful — she greeted me with a smile and made sure my car looked perfect before I left. Great service and great people! Highly recommend.

As a TW frequent flyer of many different sites, this one use to be one of my favorites, but not so much now. The workers are constantly on their phones, and today I was in a long line while a female stood and chatted at the loading area. And dude at paystation was on his phone. And the guy loading didn't even do a full prep because he was too busy chatting with the female. Then the wash itself has really declined. I'm here almost everyday to clean our company vehicles and they never disappoint. Friendly and professional staff, the machines clean our cars very well, towels and surface/window cleaner always stocked and ready to go. No complaints at all.
