Being new to Covington, it was time to end my previous relationship with a "national brand" car wash and find a new one to help me keep the Batmobile, Jr. spic-and-span. It looks as if Tidal Wave has become my new go-to subscription auto detailing service. I recently visited this car wash and had an amazing experience. The service was top notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly. One staff member in particular stood out Meme. She was an absolute delight, providing wonderful assistance with a huge smile on her face. Her enthusiasm and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. Had a really great experience with Title Wave. The team is professional, efficient, and makes the whole process incredibly smooth. Also, a quick shout-out to Justus for going the extra mile—that kind of effort doesn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend their services!
I pulled up to this car wash and Meme took care of me from the second I got there. She was super friendly, explained the options without trying to upsell me, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. My car came out looking way better than I expected and she even double-checked everything before I left. You can tell she actually cares about her job and the customers. I'll definitely be coming back to this car wash, and I recommend asking for Meme if you want to be treated right.
I wish I had gotten his name but the young man that starts cleaning your car before the second person that directs you in was awesome! He saw that no other cars were behind me and pulled out a sponge to pay extra attention to the bugs on my headlights. My SUV has never been this clean after a drive through car wash. Management, he's the kid that worked 5/3/26 between 12-2PM. He deserves a bonus 🙂
