If it wasn’t for Jimmy, I wouldn’t be a member here. I only wash my car on the days he is working. Anytime I have had issues with my pass/membership, he has addressed it right then and there or if it’s something he can’t do, he will escalate to higher ups for them to address it. And follows up on it for me. He treats each car as his own when pre-scrubbing the vehicles. He’s extremely polite, knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face greeting the customers. Awesome, has a carport for their vacums, cleaning supplies. The towels I won't use in my car they got a bit of mildew smell to them. But great to dry your exterior with. Definitely better job then Tommy's express.
This location in Holiday Florida is absolutely the best full service car wash period. After your car is washed, they have covered Vacuum bays with free class cleaners and towels. Being out of the sun is appreciated. I drive Lyft part time as part of my retirement and this place is a big advantage to me. Thanks for the clean, reasonably priced place that suits all my car cleaning needs. Great Concept.
Equipment so old, damaged my car and they did not want to be responsable. First they made excuse saying my car is 2004 when in reality is 2024 and then they said my damage is n I covered by their insurance. Just go to the new car wash, nicer service, equipment. Manager of location Jacob C
