I've been a customer since yall opened. NOT ANYMORE! How in the hell are yall going to shut the vacuums off while I was in the middle of using it? It's 6pm on Sunday February 1st 2026 and you close at 7pm. Congrats im switching to a different company that values their customers. Feel free to leave your "copy and paste" response but it won't matter. Im taking the 12 other customers I know that go here with me
I guess if you need to take the salt of your car for vacation, this place is fine. If you want to clean your car, then this isn't the best place. Plenty of other places within a short drive offer carpet cleaners, water, compressed air and vending machines. All i saw here was a vaccum and a cart with wet towels and some mistery blue liquid that is both upholstery and window cleaner according to the label. I am not impressed with this brand. 1) this location was closed on a free wash day and were not compensating anyone who pulled in with a ticket for another day. 2) why are there carts in between where you park? I could not open my doors all the way! Mount holders for towels and cleaners! 3) no crevice vacuum end? How do you get between the seats? 4) hoses are not on both sides! The attendant scratched the top of my car hood. He used the windshield scrubbing brush sideways, on the hood of my car to remove dry bird poop. I notified the manager, James, who looked at the video and took down my info. It’s over a week later and I still haven’t heard anything.
Jimmy did an excellent job making sure he got all the grime off my Jeep before it entered the wash. He was friendly and professional and I appreciated the care he took with my Jeep.
