I guess if you need to take the salt of your car for vacation, this place is fine. If you want to clean your car, then this isn't the best place. Plenty of other places within a short drive offer carpet cleaners, water, compressed air and vending machines. All i saw here was a vaccum and a cart with wet towels and some mistery blue liquid that is both upholstery and window cleaner according to the label. I take all of my vehicles to get cleaned at this location because it is well kept and clean. Jordan always makes me feel welcome and valued has customer. I will definitely recommend Tidal wave to family and friends.
WOW! What an outstanding wash. Service is great towels smell brand new and the people running the place are very nice. I wasn’t going to get a membership at first but when I got to the vac area and seen how great my car looked I turned around and signed right up. For a guy who doesn’t like memberships this wash changed my mind! Thank you tidal wave
If it wasn’t for Jimmy, I wouldn’t be a member here. I only wash my car on the days he is working. Anytime I have had issues with my pass/membership, he has addressed it right then and there or if it’s something he can’t do, he will escalate to higher ups for them to address it. And follows up on it for me. He treats each car as his own when pre-scrubbing the vehicles. He’s extremely polite, knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face greeting the customers. I love this place! I come here often I have a red Toyota tundra it always comes out looking like it’s off the show room floor. When Jacob first helped me i found it hard to believe how the ceramic worked but now i see everything he said was true. Thank you Jacob! For helping me find the perfect wash for my truck
