I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash. The wash itself did an awesome job! Jordan was especially helpful and had a great attitude. He made sure everything went smoothly and really provided great customer service. It’s always nice when someone actually cares and takes pride in their work. Definitely recommend this location if you want a quick, quality car wash with friendly staff. I’ll be back for sure.
I had such a great experience here! From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth and easy. The car wash itself did an amazing job—my car came out looking spotless and shiny. But what really made the visit stand out was Jordan. He was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed at all. I will definitely be back.
I usually don't take the time to do reviews of places unless I'm totally amazed at the customer service. Jordan did just that. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I had no problems what so ever. The car wash itself was relaxing. to me it was as well. I will definitely make this my home car wash company. I've been a customer since yall opened. NOT ANYMORE! How in the hell are yall going to shut the vacuums off while I was in the middle of using it? It's 6pm on Sunday February 1st 2026 and you close at 7pm. Congrats im switching to a different company that values their customers. Feel free to leave your "copy and paste" response but it won't matter. Im taking the 12 other customers I know that go here with me
