This was a good experience from start to finish. I spoke with a young man named Deegan that was very helpful. The wash was good, and the equipment works well. I have had problems with other companies equipment not getting tires glazed properly if at all. The staff actually seem to appreciate the business and it shows. I highly recommend this location, and kudos to management as well. It is refreshing to patron a business and leave feeling like you got your hard earned money worth.

I love this car wash it was clean and good employees. They have really good towels and window cleaner was the cherry on top. Best car wash I’ve been too yet defiantly coming back.

I’ve had a membership here for a while as it’s a good value for your money and my car always looks great. Mason pays close attention to detail and has always made sure to preclean any areas that need some extra help.

They have monthly memberships available. My vehicle always comes out nice and clean. A nice covered detail area is provided with free vacuums, trash cans, cleaning supplies, and towels. Sometimes the detailing towels are still damp. The only negative that I have found. Also, with the monthly membership I'm able to use any Tidal Wave location so I was able to utilize my membership while on vacation in Tennessee

The location in Newport, TN does a very good job of being attentive and helpful. Though better than most, there were a couple of missed spots. Wipe rags in the vacuum area seem to be at a premium most times. Be prepared to request from staff. Vacuum always seems to be good. 8.21.25 Update - My last several visits had plenty of rags and cleaner available. 5 stars for seeing the need and solving the issue!
