They have monthly memberships available. My vehicle always comes out nice and clean. A nice covered detail area is provided with free vacuums, trash cans, cleaning supplies, and towels. Sometimes the detailing towels are still damp. The only negative that I have found. Also, with the monthly membership I'm able to use any Tidal Wave location so I was able to utilize my membership while on vacation in Tennessee
I’m not sure where this business in particular in Newport is getting their five star reviews from maybe family or friends of the employees. I don’t write negative reviews only positive but my experience yesterday was just ridiculous. My husband and I took both of our vehicles to try it out since it’s supposedly the best wash in town. That’s false it’s just the more updated wash that employees and/or management doesn’t keep up with the daily, reoccurring, maintenance. I had high hopes for this wash. Unfortunately, I was less than impressed. We waited in line for a while (of course to be expected with the new opening). While waiting, there wasn’t clear direction that they were forming 2 lines all the way through, so most people were following the signs and double lines and forming one single line until the split. The location in Newport, TN does a very good job of being attentive and helpful. Though better than most, there were a couple of missed spots. Wipe rags in the vacuum area seem to be at a premium most times. Be prepared to request from staff. Vacuum always seems to be good.
I’ve been going to Tidal Wave for a few months now and besides the car wash cleaning my car good I’ve had great customer service experiences with AJ, Hunter L, Nic, Colton, and Deegan. They have always been professional and courteous.
