This was a good experience from start to finish. I spoke with a young man named Deegan that was very helpful. The wash was good, and the equipment works well. I have had problems with other companies equipment not getting tires glazed properly if at all. The staff actually seem to appreciate the business and it shows. I highly recommend this location, and kudos to management as well. It is refreshing to patron a business and leave feeling like you got your hard earned money worth.
Best car wash I have ever been to. I had a great experience all the way around. Definitely signing up for a monthly subscription before I go the next time.
They have monthly memberships available. My vehicle always comes out nice and clean. A nice covered detail area is provided with free vacuums, trash cans, cleaning supplies, and towels. Sometimes the detailing towels are still damp. The only negative that I have found. Also, with the monthly membership I'm able to use any Tidal Wave location so I was able to utilize my membership while on vacation in Tennessee
Expensive single wash that doesn't fully clean your car. Actually it does quite a terrible job. I am judging it based on the 3 "tiers" I purchased. The cheapest which done an equal job as the most expensive. No notable difference other than during the wash they have a cherry scented soap. The end results are the same. Soap deposits, missed spots, and weak vacuums. They push their membership extremely hard too. Cleaning towels are scarce too.
Great car wash and wonderful employees. Deegan Crum always makes sure to spray my Jeep down perfectly before entering the wash. I love my hometown car wash 🥰
