I just left this location a few minutes ago. We paid $17.00 for a pro wash and wax. As my tire went into the track, my truck started getting dragged along, and the employees were telling us to stop. My husband hit the brake. We were in neutral and weren't doing anything, but the track still kept trying to drag us. It was jolting us and pushing my truck upward on the driver side still trying to continue to drag us. My alignment is now off and shaky while driving. I hope there's not further damage. I had high hopes for this wash. Unfortunately, I was less than impressed. We waited in line for a while (of course to be expected with the new opening). While waiting, there wasn’t clear direction that they were forming 2 lines all the way through, so most people were following the signs and double lines and forming one single line until the split. Gage… my sweet summer child. You made my experience one I will never forget. The 23.4-second conversation we had that made me feel like we’ve known each other for years and the feeling of comfort and familiarity when sharing our thoughts. Truly the best at your craft. I will absolutely be visiting more often as long as you are working there, my king.
This was a good experience from start to finish. I spoke with a young man named Deegan that was very helpful. The wash was good, and the equipment works well. I have had problems with other companies equipment not getting tires glazed properly if at all. The staff actually seem to appreciate the business and it shows. I highly recommend this location, and kudos to management as well. It is refreshing to patron a business and leave feeling like you got your hard earned money worth.
Mason Black was the sweetest ever! He directed me into the car wash perfectly! Once i went through i noticed he scrubbed all the right spots on my car and it looks great!!🤍
