Tidal wave Is one of the best car wash I’ve ever been too. You have a great Customer Service just like Aeiden. He’s very helpful, courteous and when you’re driving the cars to make sure that everything is OK. Do you need anything? Those kind of questions are excellent. Love this place! Been coming here day in and out and never had any issues. They have the top of the line equipment for exterior and interior and also have a great staff especially Jasmine always smiling and greeting you as you come in for a wash!
One of the best local washes I've visited. One employee named Eron was exceptionally helpful as well as respectful and the staff left my car so fresh n so clean! I definitely recommend this location for your car wash and detail needs!!
Really great until you try to cancel. They make you jump through hoops. Are you scared of the new competition that is saving us $25 per month that is only 2 blocks away? Shame on you. You have such good employees and such crappy cancelation procedures that are obviously designed to slow cancelations. Sadly you are going to either have to join the price war or keep losing volume. Do better.
