Had an amazing experience at Tidal Wave today with Aiden. Each week, I travel to a ranch for my husband's equine PT for his Parkinson's. The road is all limestone and it coats my car with what seems like white glue. I go directly to Tidal Wave after PT where I always get great service. Aiden goes the extra mile each time to power wash all my wheel wells as they are caked with limestone. He gladly helps my car look it's best. They had been struck by lightening the night before but were still open for business the next day and not charging for the wash. That is dedication to their customers! The wash area was clean and the water did not smell like it does in so many washes in Florida. The vacuums were excellent and they supply towels and cleaner for you. I had a membership to another wash but am changing to this one! They are great!
Joseph and Aiden are definitely my favorite when going to tidal wave on little always going above and beyond never blinks a eye if I ask them to pay extra attention to anything I ask if needed and always super friendly but other then them the place is clean always stocked with micro fiber rags and spray bottles and is always clean oh and they even pressure wash your rubber matts if you ask!
We love that the attendants take time to spray and brush the tough parts. We have always been happy with the results after going through the wash. I’m so glad we made the switch. The attendants do such good work I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing a tip jar. A few dollars a car wouldn’t kill the car owner but might help the attendants know they are appreciated
Always a good experience at tidal wave! This specific location because they are always friendly And whenever I leave, my truck looks fantastic. They even wash off my weather mats free of any extra charge! They will always have my service.
