I had an excellent experience at the car wash today thanks to Keith’s exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a friendly smile and was incredibly helpful in explaining the available wash options. He went above and beyond to make sure my car looked spotless and that I was satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work—Keith made the whole process smooth, quick, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

I had an with issue the cancelation of my account. Where I did not get canceled when I Requested it, Mike was very courteous. Listened to my situation and and took care of it. He gave me until the end of the month free. He refunded me 2 months, because they where taking it out of my account without my knowledge. If you need anything, get ahold of Mike here, he's the man? Thank you very much Mike!
Arriving minutes after closing, my bad, the manager offered to allow use of the vacuums anyway. I appreciated it, but my car was covered in bird droppings. The manager named Kevin immediately kept the wash turned on and began to spray the mess off along with a helper & gave my tip to her, yay! I'm super impressed with the kindness and over the top service I received, even though I was not entitled to it. Thanks again, Kevin 5 stars!
