I’ll start off saying the employees are always nice. The $30 wash didn’t even get my car clean. I should not have to go through multiple times to get my car clean and I won’t lie to say it’s not frustrating. I spent well over $50 in total for tip and I’m starting to feel like I shouldn’t tip until my service is completely over. I did provide pictures hoping you can see the dirt film still on the car after going through and the vacuum, for better lack of words, sucks.

Been going here for years and i love the car wash, but recently i realized something one of the new workers was brushing my truck and i wasn’t paying attention that day but i heard a loud thud thinking it was some noise in the area and being in a rush i didn’t realize til later that week that the employee actually hit my door with his brush leaving a dent in my door. First ever dent in my truck after 7 years. coming in today and i dont see him anywhere to be found but my memory isn’t the best either. Really disappointed.
Great customer service, I went here today to wash my car, after washing my car, my car would not start, so I asked the manager for help and he went above and beyond to help me. So thankful for him and everyone else that helped me today.
Not overly impressed. Went with the $20 option and the front of the car was still a mess. I don't mind water spots and whatnot, but it looked like the front of my car was hardly touched. The body looked pretty good, but I'm not planning to be back. Perhaps if you have a truck or SUV you won't have a problem. For reference, this is a Hyundai Sonata. For $20, I'll invest in a bucket and sponge and start doing it myself. Ah well.
