Hunter did really great at scrubbing my car as I was going through the wash; got things off my car that I've tried getting off. Didnt go off track once at this place. Jacob was really nice and helpful. :-) would definitely recommend tidal wave! Especially when those two fellas are working.

Jacob was a very sweet guy and charming . The charming man helped me figure out the kind of wash my car needed. He's seem very sure of his job😁 Chris was also excellent.

Thanks, Eric! Took my car through Tidal Wave Car Wash today and it turned out great. Super quick, easy, and my car looks way better now. The staff was chill and helpful, and I love that they have free vacuums to clean out the inside too. Definitely a solid spot if you want your car to look fresh without spending a ton of time.

Management Chris Baez does not care about the customers concerns. As it relates to there multiple vehicle washes. Dry bays are always over crowded. They let people use it as a meeting place to hang out. Sit in there cars. And block other customers from drying there vehicles. Mr Baez does nothing about traffic flow. And a time for drying your vehicle . To give other people a chance to dry there vehicle. As they come thru the wash tunnel. And numerous times l had to drive off away for the business. Not overly impressed. Went with the $20 option and the front of the car was still a mess. I don't mind water spots and whatnot, but it looked like the front of my car was hardly touched. The body looked pretty good, but I'm not planning to be back. Perhaps if you have a truck or SUV you won't have a problem. For reference, this is a Hyundai Sonata. For $20, I'll invest in a bucket and sponge and start doing it myself. Ah well.
