I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The wash was quick and left my car looking spotless. Will was so nice and went out of his way to help me, which made the visit even better. Highly recommend this location
JAZZ IS THE BESTTTTT Jazz is still the best but now its a crime to get the dirt pressure washed off of your fenders .. now every time i go get my car cleaned it comes out the washer with dirty fenders!! Im about to cancel my membership!
All these guys down here to tidal wave in Douglas GA are hard workers ..even in the middle of the summer they still stand out in the heat to wash on our cars...And they are all nice and polite....and helpful..
Great experience as always. I frequent this location multiple times a week. Staff always attentive and friendly! William was the attendant today and he is great!
The vacuums never work, the rags (if any available) are always so damp and wet that you can’t dry the car off, and they ALWAYS are closed almost everytime I try and go. On a positive note, the worker are very friendly, I just wished the other problems would get fixed.
