i had such a great experience at the car wash today thanks to jasmine. she was super friendly from the moment i pulled up and had such a positive attitude that instantly made the whole process better. she explained things clearly, made sure i got exactly what i needed, and even checked in afterwards to make sure i was satisfied. my car looked spotless when it was done, and jasmine’s attention to detail really stood out. customer service like hers makes you want to keep coming back—she deserves all the recognition!
I'm not a "review" kinda guy but I brought my wife's car in, something she hasn't done in awhile. It came out a different car. The location was clean and towels were stocked. William provided outstanding service. He was attentive, polite, and made the whole visit smooth. Thanks again, buddy. I'll be back.
The team at Tidal Wave Auto Spa was amazing today! My car came out spotless! they took their time and made sure everything looked brand new. Went through the wash today. My truck looks like a 3 year old tried to wash it. Vacuum ends were broke off, the ones that weren’t broken had very little suction. Ended up finding one that was decent. Paid 30 dollars I should have just went to detailer and paid 40. Now I gotta go home and wash my truck. Won’t be back.
