The vacuums never work, the rags (if any available) are always so damp and wet that you can’t dry the car off, and they ALWAYS are closed almost everytime I try and go. On a positive note, the worker are very friendly, I just wished the other problems would get fixed.
I always have the best experience at the Douglas location but the associate named Will is the purpose of this review. He Is fantastic and very helpful, he needs a raise.
I always have the best experience with Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I have the Grafx membership because I love to keep my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado looking nice. No complaints whatsoever, only high praise for the quality cleaning and very friendly workers.
