I have been a Tidal Wave customer for several months, but after my experience today and on multiple occasions , I decided to cancel my membership. This location was closed all last week! The car wash at my local location is closed far too often. When paying for an unlimited membership, I expect the service to be consistently available. I understand that maintenance and unexpected issues happen, but customers should be notified when a location is closed. I’ve been to this Tidal wave since it’s opening. The service had gone way downhill. The vacuums hardly ever worked, the business was consistently closed or opened late, the features within the wash were not in service(tire shine was pulled apart and soft brush finish were not working frequently). I visited today and was happy to see the wash wash back on the right track. My vehicle was clean. After the wash, had adequate tire shine, and most importantly, all the vacuums were working! i had such a great experience at the car wash today thanks to jasmine. she was super friendly from the moment i pulled up and had such a positive attitude that instantly made the whole process better. she explained things clearly, made sure i got exactly what i needed, and even checked in afterwards to make sure i was satisfied. my car looked spotless when it was done, and jasmine’s attention to detail really stood out. customer service like hers makes you want to keep coming back—she deserves all the recognition!

Friendly and helpful staff, decent prices, good washes that get the car clean and shiny. I have a subscription plan for unlimited washes. The cheap ones pay for themselves in 2 washes. The expensive ones pay for themselves in 3. This is a far better wash facility than googoo or self serice washes

James has done a GREAT job with the Tidal Wave in Douglas Ga. The wash AND dry has gotten more consistent and detailed. The tire shine is also much improved. The customer service from him as well as the new employees is excellent!!!!
