i had such a great experience at the car wash today thanks to jasmine. she was super friendly from the moment i pulled up and had such a positive attitude that instantly made the whole process better. she explained things clearly, made sure i got exactly what i needed, and even checked in afterwards to make sure i was satisfied. my car looked spotless when it was done, and jasmine’s attention to detail really stood out. customer service like hers makes you want to keep coming back—she deserves all the recognition!

She clearly explained what was about to happen and other parts of the car wash that was available, she is what I teach the employees at Jack's how to perform excellent customer service
I'm not a "review" kinda guy but I brought my wife's car in, something she hasn't done in awhile. It came out a different car. The location was clean and towels were stocked. William provided outstanding service. He was attentive, polite, and made the whole visit smooth. Thanks again, buddy. I'll be back.
