We love Tidal Wave- us, our kids and our doggy! Out of the car washes we’ve tried this one has the friendliest staff, coolest colors inside the wash, and the best vacuums around!! The staff draw pictures/smiley faces on the kids windows every time, they eat it up! They love on our doggies and are just very friendly all around.
I honestly was not impressed with this wash. I spent $30 (the most expensive package) and it seemed half the features included in the package did not happen or if they did they were not noticeable. The wash was very quick but not good. There were bugs and mess still on the vehicle and it spotted after drying. The vacuums were good and the staff was nice it's just I didn't get what I would expect spending $30 on a few minutes wash.
Has been the best wash in Jonesboro. Very good staff. Always reminds me to remove my door magnets before going through. They spend a good amount of time and effort making sure they get the bugs off before letting me run though. 12 year old truck looks almost new after every wash. Definitely the best vacuums in town as well as having towels and spray to clean your windows and interior.
If i could leave 0 stars I would. Went in october and was asked if i wanted a discount i said yes unknowingly they signed me up for a subscription. I even asked before if i would be charged in the future and i was told no. They have been charging me since. I called in february to see what’s happening and was told they cancelled the account. well guess what still being charged. No refund. nothing for something i didn’t agree to. didn’t give my information. didn’t give anything.
Update: What a sorry attempt at making things right with that ChatGPT created response. I won’t be back. Your customers don’t seem to be the priority so I’ll take my money where it’s appreciated. I’ve been to Tidal several times now and have been happy with the $21 wash option. I went by 2.26.25 to get my car washed after the snow and was upsold the $30 wash only for my car to dry with water spots all over it.
