Got the hot wax wash to try and get as much of the salt off my car after our recent snow storm and after I got car washed I stopped by vacuums to throw some trash out and walked around car and noticed there were still several spots with dirt left over. I will admit my car was a lot dirtier than average car but nothing crazy. I went back to see if they can get me washed again to get remaining dirt that wasn’t properly washed off. This was the first car wash I’ve ever been through by myself and I’m impressed. Automatic wash is pretty quick and thorough, and they hand scrub it a little as well before you go through. The service workers are pretty helpful when directing you in (coming from a directionally challenged girly 🤪). I really like that they have multiple types of vacuums as well as a cart with microfiber towels and spray cleaner. The cleaner has worked great on my interior as well as the glass.

I switched over from splash car wash right across the street and I’m somewhat regretful. Given my experience at tidal wave has mainly been very frustrating. There have been several times this past year where the car wash has been down for maintenance though they offer absolutely no reimbursement whatsoever for the multiple days that you aren’t able to fully utilize the services you are paying for. I am giving this location 1 star due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the attendants directing cars near the sign. Although I did nothing wrong, he shook his head, rolled his eyes, and threw his hands up in frustration. This behavior was not directed only at me—he was doing it to multiple customers, including my husband who was a few cars behind me. I went here today (2/1) when it was around 30 degrees with the wind chill. The system did not spray hardly anything as I went through the wash, so I had dry brushes obliterating my paint. After the wash, I went around to call an attendant over. They admitted their system is not winterized, and it has been failing randomly all day long. (if only I had caught that on a recording) They gave me 2 coupons to cover the cost of the top tier wash I purchased, but I'm apprehensive about taking my vehicle through there again.
