Look at your car after it comes through that machine. I spent $26 to have my car washed and it is still dirty. I inspected the wash job after I had gone through an there was still bird mess, dead bugs, and other matter on the hood, as well as unrinsed soap on the roof dripping down the sides. Like the car wash, but they can't fix my account for almost 2 months. They told me they would fix it over 5 times at least. They have no issue taking my money every month. They cannot seem to fix my account. After going almost an entire month with only a few car washes I feel like they have beat me out of almost 2 months of washes. If it's not fixed by the end of this month I may need to go elsewhere. If fixing my account is so hard, a refund is likely impossible. Worked out good till it didn't. I have had a membership for 3 months now and keep coming back! I had to cancel my membership while my car was in the body shop, and renewed as soon as I was able to take it through the car was again! There are some other car washes in Searcy that have cheaper plans but my car doesn’t leave clean. I always feel like my car has smudges on it or the windshield is dirty at other car washes. They are always so friendly and professional! I love the way they take the time to consult me about what I’m looking for in a car wash! This is the only place I go to now.
