So upset. I just got a new (to me) car. A 2021 black Gmc Acadia. I got a monthly membership here, in Searcy, Arkansas, so as to keep it clean and looking good. A week and a half in to my membership, I go in for a wash. As my car was being pulled through, I realize it feeling rougher than usual and the cloth slapping rather hard. Michael and Jessica were the best team to have work with you on getting your car the best care! Michael was very attentive and charismatic just a lovey person to have when you first arrive while Jessica was very thorough in explaining how to prep to car for the automatic car wash and so kind!
Grabbed a wash in my company car today. First time stopping in at tidal wave. Very impressed nice clean location easy process spoke to Tate and angel about a membership. I gave my boss your brochure.
The wash went well and nice people but when they close even when you are in the middle of vacuuming they shut off the vacuums. If I’ve already paid and started vacuuming I should get to finish. Paid 30 dollars. Don’t know if I will be going back!
I use this place all the time. I have a membership. All of the employees are very friendly and very helpful. I haven’t come across a rude one yet. Highly recommend. Zack helped today and he was great.
