Michael and Jessica were the best team to have work with you on getting your car the best care! Michael was very attentive and charismatic just a lovey person to have when you first arrive while Jessica was very thorough in explaining how to prep to car for the automatic car wash and so kind!
So upset. I just got a new (to me) car. A 2021 black Gmc Acadia. I got a monthly membership here, in Searcy, Arkansas, so as to keep it clean and looking good. A week and a half in to my membership, I go in for a wash. As my car was being pulled through, I realize it feeling rougher than usual and the cloth slapping rather hard. Terrible, missed 40% of the truck and “tire shine” was less than desirable. Next time I’ll just do it myself.
