Purchased a membership in September, before purchasing asked specifically will this car wash damage or scratch up my brand new 2025 vehicle. I was assured that it wouldn’t & surely it did! Took the paint right off! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

This was our first time using this car wash and we will definitely be going again. Lex was AMAZING in helping us with any and all questions we had, was beyond respectful and truly adds value to this team which is the reason we will be going back!

I got the membership plan about 6months ago and go there almost weekly, I truly like it. I will have to say though that some employees will wash the car in front and back the correct way when there's a supervisor watching, and they also use the SHADED spaces where we vacuumed our cars to park and sit in to take their lunch break... I guess they don't provide a break room for them?
