This is almost a new experience for me… that is writing a negative review. Tidal Waves service as a whole is good but the phrase, “one bad apple spoils the barrel” describes my experience with Tidal Wave on Inner Perimeter Road, Valdosta. I drove past the Five Points’ DOT work site & got a light splatter of wet tar on the side of my car. I tested alcohol wipes (that I had in my car) on this splatter, and yes, the wipes easily removed the wet tar. Excellent helpful staff, Awesome pricing, superior quality wash tunnel, surprised me with three tire scrubbers and the topper towel at the end of the tunnel… Shady are to dry and vacuum before you leave.. got us a monthly plans and our truck will look new again.. see y’all in a couple of days…
I went earlier on in the week this week and can’t brag enough on my experience! The workers, Rich and Landon, helped me with everything, and I mean everything. They were so kind and accepting towards my physical disability’s and accommodated me perfectly! I will be returning regularly.
I'm a member at this dealership and used the car wash today. After going through the wash, 1 was unhappy with how my car looked, so | pulled back around to have it addressed. Instead of taking a moment to look at my concern, the employee told me I couldn't go through again because I was "holding up his line" and that he wasn't going to do anything more than what had already been done. My battery died at the vacuum station. Every employee quickly helped me get on my way. The car was super clean & the vacuums work really well. Good customer service go's a long way. Thanks
