I was traveling from Michigan back home to Florida in need of a wash I stopped off at anther car wash and begun to wash my vehicle when there machines abruptly quit working. Not naming names ( New Albany car wash) so I used Google and found Tidal Wave. Stopped in covered in soap looking foolish. The Team quickly hit me in power washed all the pre-existing soap off and sent me through. Free vacuuming, glass cleaner, rags and an air gun available I made quick use and was back on the road. I got a great deal on my first month of membership and figured I’d cancel before it renewed. 6 months later and I cruise through at least once a week to get my 4-runner washed. Everyone who works here is super friendly. The only reason I didn’t give 4-stars is that the towels are often damp, which isn’t ideal for cleaning windows.
I enjoy paying monthly and getting awash several times each week. The folks who work at both places (in greater Albany) are friendly, kind and professional. I use the vacuums and cloths and spray a little each time, depending on my time. I have taken several friends through with me and they are interested in taking their cars.
Great service. Attendants were courteous and extremely pleasant. They even came to me while I was at the vacuums and told me THEY weren’t satisfied with the car wash and asked me to please go back through again. (My vehicle was a FILTHY…first wash in about a year…. when I went through the first time, so definitely no fault of the wash machine) Second wash and it was sparkly clean. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great car wash experience!
Their prices are way too high for me. As for their subscriptions. I followed their directions on cancelations and even did it 8 days before renewal (they ask for 7) and they still charged me..then they were supposed to give me a refund and it never came through. They sticker they placed on my window...OMG...it is a livi g nightmare to get off. Its like those annoying price tag on a gift that has thos little cuts on it....and the hoo from it is STILL on my window of my new car and will not come off!!!.
