Tidal wave in Albany is the best car wash I’ve. ever been to , the employees are so nice and respectful. The wash it self is amazing it’s clean , and the vacuums are not clogged like you see at most car washes. My experience was great and my truck was so clean after. The site leader Mr kody Adams knows how to run a car wash
When l arrived at Tidal Wave Auto Spa l met Ryan & Frankie they welcomed me with lots of laughter & joy. I told them that when l come there it make me feel like family. It is always a joy & a pleasure to ve in good company to laugh & enjoy your stay while your there. I couldn't have had a better day with Ryan & frankie. I went threw the wash a week ago with a fresh off the lot car i had asked for the hand brush to not be used on my car. It was used on my mirror and scratched the housing. I talked to the site manager and he said it was not enough damage to file a claim and walked off while I was talking to him. I have called corporate twice. I have been told I would be called back. I Asked for the cheapest car wash, which was 12 dollars. I did not expect what happened next. The two staff members spent at least 15 minutes, if not more scrubbing the dirt and grime off my vehicle before allowing it to go through the car wash. I did not expect that much effort for 12 dollars. If I could give them a higher rating, I would. I will definitely use them for now on for my car washing needs.
I normally go to Tidal Wave in Americus Ga. Christian & the guys always leave my car sparkling! However yesterday while in Albany Ga I needed a wash in the worst way! It was a terrible experience! My car was still completely dirty after the wash. I live on a dirt road & it was super muddy. The guy working did not was the bumpers or the back of the car at all. So when I pulled over to vacuum my car out there was mud running down the back. Tires were a mess & mud stuck on both bumpers. My last visit to tidal wave in Albany. So... read more
