Really great wash and excellent service! Our car has never shined so much. Prices are very reasonable for the experience provided! Free vacuums with trash cans nearby are a huge plus!

$32 for a poor car wash and poor service. My car wash was sub standard going through initially. I requested to go through a second time to atleast clean the dirt off the windows from the Kansas winds. They refused the request and declined the courtesy. Worse $32 car wash I have ever received. Even though upon purchase I was transparent about my expectations for the $32 wash and assured it would clean everything. I was at Tidal Wave for their charity day. Colin and Everett were phenomenal to work with. Both so professional yet fun. The site is well maintained and you can tell they care for their customers!

The temporary site manager was awesome. We explained some prior issues and he was very open to addressing them. He was super nice and the wash was great!! The monthly membership is well worth the money too

Customer service here is next level! Eric showed up with humor, energy and enthusiasm to give me all the information and answers all the questions I had about memberships. I didn't end up signing up today but, I probably will. The place is clean, well stocked with all the detailing extras, prices are reasonable, but it was Eric's awesome vibe that really sold me.
