We live out in the country and when we come to Salina we've always used tital wave auto spa for a wash. Every time in the past they have cleaned out my wheels and done a very nice job cleaning the car so I've been a return customer for years. Today we had a ridiculous experience that deserves less than this 1 star review. We went through the wash and went to the interior cleaning station. My husband noticed my wheels were still dirty. Everyone is always incredibly friendly whenever I get my car washed here! After the recent hailstorm, my bumper became loose, and unfortunately it came off while my car was going through the wash today. Without me even asking, Eric and McKenna took the time to secure it and zip-tie it back into place so it wasn’t dragging or hanging off my car. My first visit yesterday was fun, but let's get to the business of it. I own a Nissan Rogue that has a 'spoiler' above the rear window. After automatic car washes the area under that spoiler is always filthy. I spoke to the guy taking my money about the issue. He suggested I enter to the vacuum area and use the pressurized air to blow it out before heading to the wash. I did that. Got through the wash, and returned to the vacuums. Great experience at 23°F. They were working so hard — the machine wash was amazing and our car is super clean! They had towels and all the things we needed and even the vacuum cleaner (so plentiful) were running great! So impressed with this car wash & the young men and women working here with smiles on their faces in such a cold weather.
Really great wash and excellent service! Our car has never shined so much. Prices are very reasonable for the experience provided! Free vacuums with trash cans nearby are a huge plus!
