$32 for a poor car wash and poor service. My car wash was sub standard going through initially. I requested to go through a second time to atleast clean the dirt off the windows from the Kansas winds. They refused the request and declined the courtesy. Worse $32 car wash I have ever received. Even though upon purchase I was transparent about my expectations for the $32 wash and assured it would clean everything. First time I tried tidal wave. Purchased one month of service with the agreement it was for one month only for $12. The car wash was decent and even told a couple of friends. Now I wish I had never pulled into the place. My credit card was charged $32 yesterday, not authorized, not agreed to. I guess they will arbitrarily sign you up for monthly service without your authorization. Will never set foot on their property again. I don't care to do business with companies that lie. Jeff was an amazing employee when I came by today for a vacuum. He apologized profusely because it would be about a 10-15 min wait. When he greeted me he was super friendly and smiley. We had a conversation about our jobs and just had a good conversation which is hard to get anymore. All around great custom service and im satisfied with the cleanliness and friendliness of the environment. Thank you Jeff.
Passing through town and prior to leaving stopped by to have my car washed. It was just before closing but Eric was allowed me to wash my car anyway. He told me it was what he was there for regardless of how near they were to closing. Exceptional customer service.
The car wash is great but we honestly come back every week for the customer service! The kids absolutely love the man thats in every Friday at 2-3!
