Great experience at 23°F. They were working so hard — the machine wash was amazing and our car is super clean! They had towels and all the things we needed and even the vacuum cleaner (so plentiful) were running great! So impressed with this car wash & the young men and women working here with smiles on their faces in such a cold weather.
Everyone is always incredibly friendly whenever I get my car washed here! After the recent hailstorm, my bumper became loose, and unfortunately it came off while my car was going through the wash today. Without me even asking, Eric and McKenna took the time to secure it and zip-tie it back into place so it wasn’t dragging or hanging off my car. Chance was super accomodating in helping me look for my college ring and most importantly my wedding ring when i inadvertently vacuum them. He even went on to sift the dirt with his bare hands just to find my rings. And most importantly, he did all of these with a heart. His action spoke volumes of dedication, commitment and passion for excellent customer service. Your company is so blessed to have him.

We went through the car wash and was displeased with finding dirt still on the back of the vehicle. Eric and Mikey helped make it right and cleaned off the back of the car again. I am happy with how they took care of us. We will be back!
