21.00 carwash. Its a joke. Not like it use to be. There use to be a manager name Bill truck was always clean now o well i guss. Dont go there.
It was my first time going. The guy was very friendly he explained everything very well. However my car is not 100% clean. There are still spots on my passenger side from birds. After my wash I went to vacuum and noticed this but I couldn't find any employees from this point.
They advertise for vacuums and then tell you it cost five dollars or a five star Google review. I put the five stars in until I vacuumed my car and then took it back because that is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be coming back here when there are so many other free truly free vacuums in Omaha.
I recently had a interaction with the “Service manager” (Vernon J) who waved me into the wash far sooner then normal that ended with the garage door at the end of the wash coming down on my hood. After parking and seeing (Vernon J) attempting to hide in the main building I asked a representative in the toll booth for a manager. Throwing a shout out to this wash! I travel and try to hit everyone along the way with my membership (taking the full advantage that tidal wave gives us!) Zach went over and beyond to make my visit a lil more special having them scrub all the bugs off from my travel! Great job team!
