I recently had a interaction with the “Service manager” (Vernon J) who waved me into the wash far sooner then normal that ended with the garage door at the end of the wash coming down on my hood. After parking and seeing (Vernon J) attempting to hide in the main building I asked a representative in the toll booth for a manager. Throwing a shout out to this wash! I travel and try to hit everyone along the way with my membership (taking the full advantage that tidal wave gives us!) Zach went over and beyond to make my visit a lil more special having them scrub all the bugs off from my travel! Great job team!
The service here was incredible! The staff was very upbeat and positive. My black car looked grey after this winter with all of the dirt, grime, and salt clinging to it. After the wash it was restored and looks better than ever!! 5 stars for sure!
This location has the worst customer service hands down. Everytime i go for a wash my car gets half cleaned.im not sure if it's there equipment or what. Hood is usually filthy after wash. Tonight i went at about 730pm and theres a cone in fron of entrance. I asked attendant if open, she says yes. Gets on her walkie and to the other guy inside spraying down inside the facility.
