If I pay for a wash at this car wash, I think I have the right to use the towels and other supplies—after all, that’s what I paid for. Then they come and tell me I can't use the towels and other things? That’s just wrong.
Great service and staff. Always choose to come here to clean my car! It's super convenient to have everything available to use and their membership tiers are worth it for upkeep on your car.
Had the greatest experience at this TIDAL WAVE. Me and my friends had a blast! The colors were so beautiful I think I fell in love. the brushes got all of the nasty filthy grime off of my friends car, and she will forever be thankful. Thank you TIDAL WAVE. Thank you for all of your hard work and service. (the man with the long mustache and hair is very nice he always says thank you, like no thank you!)

I recently had a interaction with the “Service manager” (Vernon J) who waved me into the wash far sooner then normal that ended with the garage door at the end of the wash coming down on my hood. After parking and seeing (Vernon J) attempting to hide in the main building I asked a representative in the toll booth for a manager.
