I signed up for a promotion price for a first month of a subscription and was charged for the wrong level of car wash. When I came back the next day, the manager was very quick and easy to refund the amount and even was so gracious to let me keep the higher level of car wash because of the error. Appreciate good customer service when mistakes happen.

Ricky Incontro is a positive person he’s very enjoyable to be around. His strong work ethic shows anytime he’s working he’s friendly and always willing to help people. He’s a fun person and gets what he needs to done. Ricky is a great worker he makes sure everyone is treated right and that they get the best possible outcome for whatever they need. He’s always willing to let people know what they could improve on to help them do better at their job and what they are capable of achieving.
Went in on Tuesday for a wash and my vehicle came out looking really good. Ricky took care of everything and made sure the job was done right. He even followed up with me afterward to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the wash. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile for their customers. Great customer service!
So went to the Bellevue Location to get my 2012 Chevy Camaro washed on 09/28/24 thinking everything would be ok boy I was WRONG! I just got the car a few days ago yes it's used but that's not the point. The guy there that was in charge acted like he didn't know what was going on. So now I gotta probably wait forever to talk to someone even longer to get fixed if they will even pay for it. If u value your vehicle do not risk going there. If I half to pay a dime outta pocket to fix this I will look into taking legal action.
