Over priced. I had never been here but our usual wash was closed so I thought give it a try. Attendant was polite but when I didnt want a membership he was done with me. Wash seemed almost violent to the exterior of our vehicle as if the equipment is miscalibrated. There are many other options in the area for a wash at a better price. I have used other washes in my life and this is not a good value for what you pay. It washed our vehicle no better than any other.
Love this place! I’m here once a week to wash my truck, it’s black so you can understand why lol Tidal wave gives you everything you need for that perfect shine. I promise. Trust me.
i decided to switch car washes to this tidal wave carwash and i honestly dont know why i didnt before this is by far the best carwash ive been to and the employee joctan made signing up for my membership very easy.
So went to the Bellevue Location to get my 2012 Chevy Camaro washed on 09/28/24 thinking everything would be ok boy I was WRONG! I just got the car a few days ago yes it's used but that's not the point. The guy there that was in charge acted like he didn't know what was going on. So now I gotta probably wait forever to talk to someone even longer to get fixed if they will even pay for it. If u value your vehicle do not risk going there. If I half to pay a dime outta pocket to fix this I will look into taking legal action.
Had high hopes for this car wash, especially for the price and all the listed benefits/services for the Graph-X4. When we pulled up the employee working the pay station didn’t say anything besides “which wash” and seemed to not want to be there at all. Didn’t explain any of the choices. The wash itself didn’t take off any of the bugs on the windshield. It seemed too short to do any effect cleaning or drying for that matter.
