Went in on Tuesday for a wash and my vehicle came out looking really good. Ricky took care of everything and made sure the job was done right. He even followed up with me afterward to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the wash. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile for their customers. Great customer service!

I come here occasionally and have been happy with the service and quality of the carwash. However, going through today, I was very disappointed in the lack of drying my car. Water droplets all over, especially on the glass. Also, grabbed one of their bottles of glass cleaner and the trigger part of it was missing. I hope this does not mean this place is going downhill.

i decided to switch car washes to this tidal wave carwash and i honestly dont know why i didnt before this is by far the best carwash ive been to and the employee joctan made signing up for my membership very easy.

I signed up for a promotion price for a first month of a subscription and was charged for the wrong level of car wash. When I came back the next day, the manager was very quick and easy to refund the amount and even was so gracious to let me keep the higher level of car wash because of the error. Appreciate good customer service when mistakes happen.
