Went in on Tuesday for a wash and my vehicle came out looking really good. Ricky took care of everything and made sure the job was done right. He even followed up with me afterward to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the wash. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile for their customers. Great customer service!
I stopped by for a wash and it came out really good. Ricky did a great job and made sure everything looked right before I left. What I really appreciated was that he followed up with me after the wash to make sure I was happy with it. That kind of customer service goes a long way.
I come here occasionally and have been happy with the service and quality of the carwash. However, going through today, I was very disappointed in the lack of drying my car. Water droplets all over, especially on the glass. Also, grabbed one of their bottles of glass cleaner and the trigger part of it was missing. I hope this does not mean this place is going downhill.
I signed up for a promotion price for a first month of a subscription and was charged for the wrong level of car wash. When I came back the next day, the manager was very quick and easy to refund the amount and even was so gracious to let me keep the higher level of car wash because of the error. Appreciate good customer service when mistakes happen.
i got their cheapest wash today ($12) for my chevy trax and when i left, both side mirrors were bent inward. luckily i could just snap them back in place, but looking at other reviews it seems i’m not the first to have that problem. my car is pretty standard size so this really shouldn’t have been an issue
