worst experience at a car wash, go to casey’s automated wash instead. car was still dirty after 2 washes at the highest priced wash you can get. i was offered a second wash, which ended in a still dirty car. waited 15 minutes for the manager to arrive, who told me to wash my car more. no resolution was offered and would not offer a refund for the $30 i wasted, and told me to call customer service who told me there was nothing they could do for single washes. don’t waste your money.

Personally witnessed one of their employees stealing fountain drinks from the convenience store next door. Refused to pay and even argued that he does it all the time. I would never trust a business with employees like this.

Great car wash experience for someone who admittedly doesn’t go often enough 😂 Besides that, the real 5 stars go to the 3 gentlemen working at this location around noon-1pm 7/8/2025. My dumb self locked my entire purse in my car (phone/keys/wallet/EVERYTHING) which I’ve never done in my life. The guys immediately helped where they could and let me wait in the air conditioning while waiting for a locksmith. They totally didn’t have to do that and I greatly appreciate it!! Out of town passing through stopped in to get truck clean real quick was in and out service was amazing wash was very good blowers were a little weak and vacuums weren’t crazy good but all and all truck got clean had a great experience thank you

Your post wash set up versus Russels next door no way you guys measure up on that end though Your wash is better and I get through faster I miss all the extra detailing products to get a true 5 star Experience.
