I never leave reviews but I think this is worth my time. First this is a fantastic car wash, we have a family membership. I don’t expect much from any car wash staff. But Ben (I asked his name because I was so impressed) greets you with a huge smile that you can’t help but smile back, he guides you in, takes an extra beat to make sure the bug juice is sprayed well on the front and mouths “thank you” as you pass by. Had driven to Des Moines and back and had a TON of bugs on my grill of my vehicle. Pulled in and Devon took several extra minutes scrubbing my grill before sending me thru the car wash. So impressive! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!!!! Highly recommended if you want exceptional service!!
Only one able to resolve why my Tag would not lift the gate every time over 18 times since I signed up for 30 days ago, the gate would not open until I ran into Bed then took the sticker off the old sticker from idle wave in Illinois replace it with a new sticker tidal wave nebraska and one of your other guys five different times told me he cannot take that old sticker off and put a new sticker on so that knows who it is that you should Fireplace that guy with the guy to get the scrap Customer Service that is top shelf profe... read more
The Tidal Wave car wash on 120th and L is by far the best car wash in town. We have used many other car washes in Omaha and we choose to go to Tidal Wave every time. The staff and car wash is the best.
Amazing carwash the hot wax wash always leaves my car clean. Trey was able to take care of all the bugs and leave my car spotless.
