I went to Tidal Wave Car Wash for the first time because I wanted to vacuum out my car. I obviously was willing to pay a few dollars because my car hadn’t been vacuumed for over a month. When I didn’t see any places to pay for it I asked the two workers there how much do they charge for vacuuming the car but not a car wash, they said “You can vacuum your car without a car wash for free.” I was pretty shocked that anything could be free these days and I appreciated it. I absolutely love this place. The staff is absolutely amazing and they provide exemplary service for me and my family. My car has never looked so clean. I’m always greeted with a nice hello and all of the staff I have encountered are very professional and courteous. One employee even helped me wipe down my car. I recommended this location to several of my friends and family members. Thank you, Tidal Wave!
Very helpful staff and well-kept lot. Everyone is kind and receptive, and I love going through the wash after a hard day. The colors are nice, and you can shut your brain off for a second. Also, I have a white car, so a little extra attention never hurts with keeping it clean. :)
Favorite spot to for a membership based car wash. The wash itself is one of the best along with the free rags, cleaning spray, and vacuums they allow you to use it’s a great deal.
The staff are very rude and unappreciative of people who have memberships. For the high cost monthly to get your car washed, they should hire people who really care about their customers!
