Tidal wave is the most fun place on earth. The lights, the bubbly suds, and the customer service make it all worth the money. I go everyday to see Chloe and Alissa. They are the most kind and sweet hard workers I know.
We recently went through the scottsbluff location and when i say this has been the best car wash we have ever gone thru it is true! The staff is all super nice, if i lived locally wed be a monthly member!
I love this place! I have the membership, so I wash my car every day. My ride comes out so clean and shiny. If you don't get the membership. Every wash is like $28 so it makes since to get the membership.
The car wash itself is fine but they have a line in their contract for membership that says you have to fill out a request to cancel and they will review your request but they can continue to charge your account while they review it. I canceled my membership back in June and I have been charged for July and August even after having gotten a email confirmation canceling my membership. Don’t set up a membership with them they are just trying to steal your money!!!
I have been to the scottsbluff location one time. The attendant asked if I wanted to sign up for a 30 day charge for $18.00 and I could wash my car as often as I want in that 30 days. Nothing was said about a reaccuring charge or the price going up. I would have never done it if I would have known. The charge went up to $37 per month!!
