I love this place! I have the membership, so I wash my car every day. My ride comes out so clean and shiny. If you don't get the membership. Every wash is like $28 so it makes since to get the membership.
The car wash itself is fine but they have a line in their contract for membership that says you have to fill out a request to cancel and they will review your request but they can continue to charge your account while they review it. I canceled my membership back in June and I have been charged for July and August even after having gotten a email confirmation canceling my membership. Don’t set up a membership with them they are just trying to steal your money!!!
I have been to the scottsbluff location one time. The attendant asked if I wanted to sign up for a 30 day charge for $18.00 and I could wash my car as often as I want in that 30 days. Nothing was said about a reaccuring charge or the price going up. I would have never done it if I would have known. The charge went up to $37 per month!! I had a great experience here at Tidal wave, I’d never been to a car wash so prestine before and the staff were super helpful. I believe the young man’s name was David and he had a great attitude and was very helpful in helping me understand how their business worked! 10/10 service, I’d definitely come here again!
had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa thanks to Waylan! He was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was spotless. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it really shows. Shoutout to Waylan for making the car wash experience smooth, fast, and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend!
