The manager was irate and unprofessional, his name was Josh. he was the manager. I politely asked him to only do the windows and he iterated to me “that was his job “aggressively. But he used the brush on my car after I verbalized “not to and that the brush scratches my paint on my vehicle.” I have pictures and the entire incident was recorded with my DASHCAM, it’s saved in my phone. This car wash is awesome! The service was super quick, and my car looks brand new. I have to give a shout-out to the staff member, JJ, who helped me decide on the best wash package. They were so friendly and made the whole experience great. Definitely recommend this place!
This car wash gives great service and they are very friendly. I had an interaction with the manager and he aims to pleases the customer. Keep up the good work that is why my membership is here. 4/18/2025.
I love this car wash. I recommend joining the club. They have several different price options, and you can wash your car every day for 1 low price. The whole wash takes about a minute, and the wash is great. They also have free vacuums.
My truck always gets so clean here at tidal wave. The managers Josh and Jay are super nice and are always doing more work than the lower level employees. My only complaint would be that the younger employees seem to be just standing around when there is plenty they could be doing.
