Why is this location always closed off? What’s the point of a subscription wash when you can’t use it? Especially this being in the only tidal wave in Macon. Every time I come, it’s blocked off. That’s dumb. And now, this is the second day in a row. I’m just cancelling my subscription lol. I’ll go open one at the other car wash on Forsyth rd.

The staff was very friendly. The site manager Cornelious Walker even assisted me with my wash. He made the experience very pleasant by making recommendations for the best fit needs for my vehicle . The site was very clean and all of the personnel were very professional.
Used to be one of the best car washes in Macon and now it’s absolute crap. Half of the vacuums don’t even work. Not to mention being closed on random days but reporting as “open” online. Why would a car wash be closed on Halloween? I can’t make this stuff up. Oh and let’s not talk about getting stuck in the wash.
I've really watched this place grow. I've visited a few different locations and this one by far is the most personable. They are always asking how is the service and any suggestions for improving. The location has plenty of vacuum parking and always well supplied with rags and spray cleansing for use. Located right off I475, behind the McDonald's and Waff House were Sonic use to sit, the location is easy to get to and totally accessible. It's nice to stop at this one instead of always having to travel to Warner Robins.
