This is absolutely not a good facility to wash your car. The customer service or shall I say. The lack there of is very disheartening to say the least. When pulling into the car wash bay. to receive the pre-scrub for the car wash.the staff never completes pre-washing the vehicle. When you enter into the car wash the attendance yet again doesn't scrub the windows front or back. This is a common practice for all car washes. To top it all off when You've completed the car wash. Don’t EVER do a membership with them. They will not cancel it and no one is available to talk to in person. You can try to cancel it online but they say they won’t get back to you until 7-10 business days which is ridiculous. Plus no one bothered to make sure I had a member sticker. So in that case, what wash am I getting because I’m pretty sure it’s not the wash I paid $50 a month for. Very unhappy with this wash
Visited on 8/14/24. Wash did not work well. Signage inside was very unclear and when I eventually exited the wash there was still soap visible on the vehicle all around. I wound up going to another wash and paying again to get the vehicle clean. I called to request a refund, no one local answered and the national office could or would not help. Usually really good. Except the inside detailing.... we went a few months ago. They needed multiple reminders to complete something. Be mindful if you join the wash club and want to cancel. You need 7 days prior to renewal. They will not give a refund even it you don't use it. 😔
terrible customer service. they automatically sign you up for a subscription you dont ask for charge your card and deactivate your account so they can’t refund your money. they deactivate your account then say you cant get a refund because your account is no longer active. got on the phone with customer service supervisor terrible customer service. not helpful at all. she gets on the phone and tells you your call is not productive and hangs up on you. its all a joke
