I am a monthly member and love all the extras. Like the air hoses to blow out water, love em! Staff always super positive. Highly recommend. Update: had my membership for several months now and still just as happy with it. They keep it moving so you are always in and out. Or you can pull in and do that deep clean. Blow out all nooks and crannies. Wipe down the interior and vacuum. Or upgrade and they will do that for you. They have a package for everyone.
Went to Tidal Wave Auto Spa and did the Graph-X4 wash with an interior clean, and I’m honestly impressed. For context, my car was not in great shape going in. It needed real help, not just a quick wipe down. The wash itself was solid. The Graph-X4 is one of their higher-tier washes and you can tell. Today I put on my schedule to get my tires checked drive by the car wash run a few errands head home I wasn’t counting on having to run my truck through the wash twice. I spoke to the first man explained to him today was the 2nd time I have been to this car wash the first time was not impressive but unfortunately today was no better. I had the most awesome sauce expirience ever, yesterday afternoon. The young man at the gate was very nice and helped me renew my membership. I’ve come here many times and when getting the inside detailed, he’s always very thurough and gets the job done. Put this boy on detailing and gate to give the best customer expirience. He told me his name is Chandon but I couldn’t have his number bc he has a gf :(
