Today I put on my schedule to get my tires checked drive by the car wash run a few errands head home I wasn’t counting on having to run my truck through the wash twice. I spoke to the first man explained to him today was the 2nd time I have been to this car wash the first time was not impressive but unfortunately today was no better. I am honestly surprised by the behavior of the staff when I visited TIDAL WAVE AUTO SPA today, 08/04/2025 at 5:35 PM. I pulled into the auto spa, and no one was around to assist. After waiting for a bit, I noticed a woman cleaning inside the wash bay. She saw me but continued cleaning, not acknowledging my presence. Eventually, a staff member came from the office and told her I was waiting. She gathered the cleaning kit and came over, but as I parked my car in the wash area, she made a rude comment: “Why do people come to cl... read more
The wash was similar to other car washes. The detailing areas was the best part. They are covered and also included an air hose to blow off the water. A little priceier then I'm use to but a great location.
Hard working, friendly. Grateful to have in town. Only gripe is two both times ive gone (to the express dry and clean) the attendant has placed the floor mats in front of the vehicle tires and as the vehicle treadmill moves the vehicle forward it has run or nearly run them over. Not great for custom weather techs or the like. U may have to hop up to move ur mats as they get busy cleaning so just keep an eye out.
