Today I put on my schedule to get my tires checked drive by the car wash run a few errands head home I wasn’t counting on having to run my truck through the wash twice. I spoke to the first man explained to him today was the 2nd time I have been to this car wash the first time was not impressive but unfortunately today was no better. I am honestly surprised by the behavior of the staff when I visited TIDAL WAVE AUTO SPA today, 08/04/2025 at 5:35 PM. I pulled into the auto spa, and no one was around to assist. After waiting for a bit, I noticed a woman cleaning inside the wash bay. She saw me but continued cleaning, not acknowledging my presence. Eventually, a staff member came from the office and told her I was waiting. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is running a shady operation. They sign you up for a subscription without making it crystal clear that you’re agreeing to recurring charges. That’s a dirty trick, not “customer service.” On top of that, the $30 wash I paid for barely lasted 30 seconds, maybe a minute if I’m being generous. For that price, I expected more than a glorified rinse cycle. Total waste of money and time. Avoid this place unless you enjoy getting scammed.

I agree with Leonard Padgett II's review because today, we went through the car was then on to pay $20 for the interior to get done. The guy and young lady in the interior department were great and the recognized that the car wash had not done a great job, so we were allow to go through the wash again. The initial crew at around 11:30 seemed to be just going through the motions, because we knew they knew why we were coming back into their area.
