The manager was so sweet; my debit card had to be replaced and had to change cards for my account. The manager allowed me to go through the card was and get new card to him once it comes in. So sweet and it was on ChristmasEve! We have been going to the original location on 96; but now go the location on lake joy and Russell pkwy! The staff is always so polite and helpful. Always well stacked and plenty of room. Kids love going to help clean our cars!
My favorite car wash in Warner Robins. Love having the all-you-can-wash monthly plan since I park outside at work. During pollen season, I’m here every other day. I have the most basic plan, and makes it, so I don’t worry about when I need to wash my car. The lines always go quickly, and the staff are friendly. Vacuums are great. This is a convenient location. Vacuums not very strong. On this visit, one side of the tire shine was not working. On this visit and my last visit I have had to repair the vacuum hose by clipping off unraveled hose and re-attaching the vacuum nozzle back on. The staff was friendly, but seemed to be uninterested when we reported the tire shine issue. I probably wouldn't be very interested either if I was working in 95 degree weather.
Over all I like this car wash. They have several attendants, the wash is pretty good. Today I got the lowest wash and I did have a little dirt still on my car but it was pretty stuck in. I wish the monthly plans were a little more reasonably priced but that is just me. I do like that they have vacuums and cleaner available for use. It would be nice if they also had some car perfume on the carts as well. That would be great. I will go back again but not too frequently just due to the price.
There is just something about the way Tidal cleans my car, no other car wash makes it shine the same way and I love the staff here. special. Thanks to Richard. They go above and beyond at this location especially.
