My favorite car wash in Warner Robins. Love having the all-you-can-wash monthly plan since I park outside at work. During pollen season, I’m here every other day. I have the most basic plan, and makes it, so I don’t worry about when I need to wash my car. The lines always go quickly, and the staff are friendly. Vacuums are great. This location has us spoiled with their customer service. Richard, the manager, is always so kind to my boys. They look forward to going to the car wash to be able to chat with him. Thankful for a business near our neighborhood that feels like the old-time mom and pop businesses.
I just love Tidal Wave Car wash on Lake Joy! They are always so helpful and friendly! Today they were, “EXTRA!” I had writing on my car windows from a Birthday celebration, and the 3 gentlemen working helped me get it off. They did it with smiles and a helpful heart! I only caught one of their names, Buddy Parks… and I thank him and the two other men for their help! My car is clean and I am extremely thankful
Over all I like this car wash. They have several attendants, the wash is pretty good. Today I got the lowest wash and I did have a little dirt still on my car but it was pretty stuck in. I wish the monthly plans were a little more reasonably priced but that is just me. I do like that they have vacuums and cleaner available for use. It would be nice if they also had some car perfume on the carts as well. That would be great. I will go back again but not too frequently just due to the price.
There is just something about the way Tidal cleans my car, no other car wash makes it shine the same way and I love the staff here. special. Thanks to Richard. They go above and beyond at this location especially.
