This location has us spoiled with their customer service. Richard, the manager, is always so kind to my boys. They look forward to going to the car wash to be able to chat with him. Thankful for a business near our neighborhood that feels like the old-time mom and pop businesses.
Over all I like this car wash. They have several attendants, the wash is pretty good. Today I got the lowest wash and I did have a little dirt still on my car but it was pretty stuck in. I wish the monthly plans were a little more reasonably priced but that is just me. I do like that they have vacuums and cleaner available for use. It would be nice if they also had some car perfume on the carts as well. That would be great. I will go back again but not too frequently just due to the price.
My favorite car wash in Warner Robins. Love having the all-you-can-wash monthly plan since I park outside at work. During pollen season, I’m here every other day. I have the most basic plan, and makes it, so I don’t worry about when I need to wash my car. The lines always go quickly, and the staff are friendly. Vacuums are great. I normally come here for when my car needs to be washed but yesterday‘s visit was quite different. Staff is always nice and friendly, but after my wash, I went to vacuum my car out, and the vacuums were low and barely working. They had a section blocked off, so cars were piled on top of each other waiting to vacuum their car out also no clean towels which they normally are. I expected better.
Mary and Cody are exceptional employees and humans. Tidal Wave is extremely lucky to have them. Mary went above and beyond to change my plan while we couldn’t remember what type of vehicle we had lol she was patient and had a winners attitude! Both extremely rare in young humans! They deserve recognition and a raise, your company will be losing great assets if you let them go. Value them! Thank you 🙏
