I’m gonna start this by saying I never right reviews. Especially bad ones. I usually just chalk it up to a bad day and move on but with that being said… On Monday April 6th I took my car that I haven’t even owned for a full year yet, and keep cleaned regularly to this Tidal wave. Tidal Wave is a great Savings. OUR favorite spot is this one located of Russell Pkwy. We have been coming here since they opened. Our grandson has been with us since infancy and is now almost 4. The guys there always draw a smiley ☺️ face for him and he loves it. Very cordial,thoughtful and professional workers. We love them. We always encourage friends and family to join Tide Wave.
I’ve been to a few different locations but this was the best job by the employees on the front end. Just came from Florida and the Yukon was covered in love bugs. John specifically went out his way to hand scrub the bugs off prior to going through the wash. Highly recommend the lake joy location.
My favorite car wash in Warner Robins. Love having the all-you-can-wash monthly plan since I park outside at work. During pollen season, I’m here every other day. I have the most basic plan, and makes it, so I don’t worry about when I need to wash my car. The lines always go quickly, and the staff are friendly. Vacuums are great.
