Huge shoutout to Madison at Tidal Wave! She provided excellent customer service and made the whole process quick and easy. She was friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was perfect before I headed into the tunnel. My car looks fantastic, and the positive energy she brings to the job is awesome. If you're heading to Tidal Wave, definitely look for Madison she’s the best!

Tidal Wave Car Wash is honestly one of the best car wash spots around. The young staff members who work there are always super friendly, helpful, and on top of things. They guide you through the process with a good attitude and make the whole experience quick and easy. My car always comes out looking spotless, and the service is consistently great. Definitely worth the stop every time!

My van was filthy, but Madison was a champ and cleaned it very nicely. Even the floor mats. Five stars. Very happy with Madison's work. I'll go again.
