Last few times I have there has always been a problem, today the vacuum system not working, last week I couldn’t spray and clean the mats, twice I have come and was in line and they had to close it down. Today I just canceled my monthly membership. They need to do better or close the place down.
This was my second visit. The first was with a fundraiser coupon, and I liked it so much that I went back. This time was not great. The employees were snarky with each other. The car didn't come clean. There were black spots all over it. I had to clean it by hand after I walked to a different station because the one I was at had no towels. These employees are well trained and very respectable and always make their customers feel like family . Wouldn’t choose any other car wash. C
Cole was incredibly helpful when I pulled up to get my car cleaned at Tidal wave! Super nice and seems to love what he does!
Semi friendly workers. Good wash and dry. Clean towels and spray cleaner available. Good vacuums. Reasonable price.
