I was very satisfied with this car wash. Unfortunately, i was moving and at my last trip through, i told the attendant i was moving and asked him how i could cancel my membership. He said he would handle it. Five months later, i realize they have kept charging me. I called thehome office. They were very nice and said they would cancel it but there was nothing they could do. So if you ever need to cancel, call the home office!
Tidal Wave Car Wash is honestly one of the best car wash spots around. The young staff members who work there are always super friendly, helpful, and on top of things. They guide you through the process with a good attitude and make the whole experience quick and easy. My car always comes out looking spotless, and the service is consistently great. Definitely worth the stop every time!

Huge shoutout to Madison at Tidal Wave! She provided excellent customer service and made the whole process quick and easy. She was friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was perfect before I headed into the tunnel. My car looks fantastic, and the positive energy she brings to the job is awesome. If you're heading to Tidal Wave, definitely look for Madison she’s the best!
Being from out of town and needing a wash. I passed threw tidal wave. Was greeted with a huge smile and a great explanation of all the available offers. I believe a girl named maddison was more than energetic to get the job done and i greatly appreciated the friendly staff and wash experiance. Definately will come by again next time in town.
