Last few times I have there has always been a problem, today the vacuum system not working, last week I couldn’t spray and clean the mats, twice I have come and was in line and they had to close it down. Today I just canceled my monthly membership. They need to do better or close the place down.

This was my second visit. The first was with a fundraiser coupon, and I liked it so much that I went back. This time was not great. The employees were snarky with each other. The car didn't come clean. There were black spots all over it. I had to clean it by hand after I walked to a different station because the one I was at had no towels. When I finally got to the vacuum, I had to move my car to a different one because the suction was weak. I left it in one spot for a full minute, and it didn't suck the sand. The customer service was excellent as usual. The workers go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. If there has ever been an issue they immediately rectify it.

I wish i could give zero stars. The guy at the thing where you pay told me i could get unlimited car washes for the month for $26 which is what i was paying for one wash and i clearly asked him wouldn’t it auto renew every month and he said no that after the month was over it would be done so i agreed and then git an email saying it would auto renew so i emailed and complained and thought that would be cancelled but got charged $44 today so called and was informed that theres nothing they can do.
