This was my second visit. The first was with a fundraiser coupon, and I liked it so much that I went back. This time was not great. The employees were snarky with each other. The car didn't come clean. There were black spots all over it. I had to clean it by hand after I walked to a different station because the one I was at had no towels. I wish i could give zero stars. The guy at the thing where you pay told me i could get unlimited car washes for the month for $26 which is what i was paying for one wash and i clearly asked him wouldn’t it auto renew every month and he said no that after the month was over it would be done so i agreed and then git an email saying it would auto renew so i emailed and complained and thought that would be cancelled but got charged $44 today so called and was informed that theres nothing they can do. Hunter thrasher was a great help ! My fiancee and I went to tidal wave car wash and I have spacers on my truck which makes it stick out an extra 3in, hunter let me try and see if I would fit but ultimately I couldn’t fit, he then said he would pressure wash all the mud (we live on a dirt rd so you can imagine lol) off of my truck. He and another employee pressured washed my vehicle. They were both a great help !
The customer service was excellent as usual. The workers go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. If there has ever been an issue they immediately rectify it.
Cole was super nice and has amazing customer service! Me and my fiancé always come to tidal wave and always appreciate the people that work here.
