Been coming here since I got to Augusta. I come in with my Jeep and leave feeling like my car is brand new. Aaron makes this place, he has the most phenomenal customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car wash. Great car wash and even better vacuum station.

DISAPPOINTING Customer service I was charged for a membership I did not authorize for several months. During this time I went to the car wash once which I paid $12/basic wash (I thought). They would not retroactively credit these charges. I cancelled the credit card. However I am out approximately $100. Needless to say, be careful what you are paying for and check that receipt. I will find another car wash or wash it at home going forward.

July 1st I went and got a $20 car wash and they're doing a free promotion if you sign up the rest is free for the month. Sure sounds fine. Well fast forward today I'm checking my bank account and was charged $35 July 28th?! And of course no one can answer the stupid phones.

I have had great experiences for sometime now, the staff is always helpful and willing to listen. Love Raya, she is always so up beat, helpful and positive. She is quick to resolve any concerns I may have! This location is well kept and informative to any changes.
