July 1st I went and got a $20 car wash and they're doing a free promotion if you sign up the rest is free for the month. Sure sounds fine. Well fast forward today I'm checking my bank account and was charged $35 July 28th?! And of course no one can answer the stupid phones.
I have had great experiences for sometime now, the staff is always helpful and willing to listen. Love Raya, she is always so up beat, helpful and positive. She is quick to resolve any concerns I may have! This location is well kept and informative to any changes.
Aaron is always ready with a smile and "have a good day". This place is always profession and they do a great job at keeping my car clean and road ready.

I’ve been a customer with tidal wave for a few years now and it’s by far my favorite place to get my car washed. The team members who work there are kind, helpful and attentive. My vehicle is always cleaned and they are also accommodating. Today was especially a welcoming and friendly interaction. I had my bike rack on my truck and I really needed it washed because I was going to store it. I asked one of the Team members if I could keep my bike rack on so it can get wash.
