Didnt wash the back portion of my car AT ALL had DUST/DIRT still on it that was coming off with just a swipe of my fingers. Also didnt remove any of the bugs off my windows, the front of my car, and bird poop was still on roof (glass roof) coming out.... first and last visit. Also you cannot pay in cash it was card only. The guys working at Tidal Wave today deserve a raise. My car was the victim of the annual winter bird invasion poop-palooza. Combined with 3 days of winter weather, the car was in really rough shape. At tidal wave, I was treated well, without condescending comments, and was very impressed with worker attitudes. (It was more “let’s get this car clean!” Rather than “why is this car such a nightmare?” as I’ve experienced from other car wash places). I have tried many car washes like this one, and no one comes close to tidal wave. I have a monthly membership with my main vehicle (UNLIMITED daily washes for $25 a month), but I just recently came by with my “work vehicle” that has been sitting for a couple of months. The guy working took 10 minutes to THOROUGHLY wash the car before even sending me through the wash.
