Didnt wash the back portion of my car AT ALL had DUST/DIRT still on it that was coming off with just a swipe of my fingers. Also didnt remove any of the bugs off my windows, the front of my car, and bird poop was still on roof (glass roof) coming out.... first and last visit. Also you cannot pay in cash it was card only. We have a subscription for washes for multiple cars so it’s totally worth it as long as you get a car wash a couple times per month. I go weekly, and I just love the employees there. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. Aaron especially is just great. He’s there all the time, works very efficiently, yet is also able to be very diligent in giving a great prewash. Maybe because I only purchased the least expensive way, but my car’s exterior still required a bit of elbow grease to have it appropriately cleaned. The front end was particularly still dirty after the wash. I’ve been to a few different drive-in washes, and Tidal doesn’t rank particularly high for me. Though, it still does have the regular function, just not enough for me to want to come back over other options.
Been coming here since I got to Augusta. I come in with my Jeep and leave feeling like my car is brand new. Aaron makes this place, he has the most phenomenal customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car wash. Great car wash and even better vacuum station.
Alyssa did a great job providing awesome customer service on my vehicle today. She made sure I had the best wash and greeted me at the pay station with a smile! Love her to pieces!
