My boyfriend and I took our car to this car wash, but after we paid, we realized his car was too low to go into the car wash. The attendant, Max, was so so kind and accommodating. Instead of just giving us a refund, he went out of his way to hand wash our car so that we were still able to get a wash. Phenomenal customer service from him!!
Locked my keys and phone in the car while vacuuming. I cannot say enough about your employee Jeff!!! He was one of my angels there. He had a kit in the office to unlock the car! As Santa, I use my vehicles to travel around so they need to be clean. I came out and saw my truck was yellow from pollen. I thought it would take 2 washes but it didn't. Since my sleigh only flies on Christmas Eve, I try to take care of my vehicles throughout the year. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is awesome! Great wash and even greater employees. Everyone is friendly and professional. Before and after photos.
Took our credit card and informed us that they cant wash jeeps because the doors fall off. My doors cant fall off. They could not guarantee the refund.
I have an all white impala and you can see every bit of dirt, grime and bugs. After my wash an employee noticed some bugs on my front bumper that the wash didn't completely get and the employee Max told me he would take care of it personally pull me up to the side and he scrubbed it off by hand and made it 1000% better I haven't seen my front bumper look that good since I've gotten the car! Thank you so much Max you hooked my ride up today!
