Locked my keys and phone in the car while vacuuming. I cannot say enough about your employee Jeff!!! He was one of my angels there. He had a kit in the office to unlock the car! He proceeded to do so. Then went way above and beyond to get a battery for my key fob that was not working. He was amazing . Soo calm, which helped me stay calm. My boyfriend and I took our car to this car wash, but after we paid, we realized his car was too low to go into the car wash. The attendant, Max, was so so kind and accommodating. Instead of just giving us a refund, he went out of his way to hand wash our car so that we were still able to get a wash. Phenomenal customer service from him!!
I have an all white impala and you can see every bit of dirt, grime and bugs. After my wash an employee noticed some bugs on my front bumper that the wash didn't completely get and the employee Max told me he would take care of it personally pull me up to the side and he scrubbed it off by hand and made it 1000% better I haven't seen my front bumper look that good since I've gotten the car! Thank you so much Max you hooked my ride up today!
Awesome car wash, much better than WOW. Tire shine was included in base wash and actually got my muddy tires clean.
Tried to get my car washed before I drove to Athens. The young lady that is always trying to up sell the car washes was so busy taking with a male associate that neither one could acknowledge me sitting there. It was much better when you could select your car wash and pay for it on the screen. After sitting there being ignored for several minutes I decided to back out of line. The young lady looked at me and said nothing. The price keeps going up but the service keeps going down.I ended up getting my car washed in Athens.
