Awesome car wash, much better than WOW. Tire shine was included in base wash and actually got my muddy tires clean.
Locked my keys and phone in the car while vacuuming. I cannot say enough about your employee Jeff!!! He was one of my angels there. He had a kit in the office to unlock the car! He proceeded to do so. Then went way above and beyond to get a battery for my key fob that was not working. He was amazing . Soo calm, which helped me stay calm. Tidal Wave is easily the best car wash around. I swing through several times a week, and the experience is consistently solid. The staff keeps things moving, and I’ve got to call out Abby specifically—she’s always at the gate with a friendly vibe that sets the tone for the whole visit. Great place, great people, and my car comes out looking sharp every time.
I have an all white impala and you can see every bit of dirt, grime and bugs. After my wash an employee noticed some bugs on my front bumper that the wash didn't completely get and the employee Max told me he would take care of it personally pull me up to the side and he scrubbed it off by hand and made it 1000% better I haven't seen my front bumper look that good since I've gotten the car! Thank you so much Max you hooked my ride up today!
Best car wash in town! I decided over the summer that I was tired of the pollen turning my car yellow, so decided to take it to through the car wash. The people here were super happy and the attendant, Abby was super friendly and helpful in setting up the right plan for me! They will continue to have my business!
