Best car wash in town! I decided over the summer that I was tired of the pollen turning my car yellow, so decided to take it to through the car wash. The people here were super happy and the attendant, Abby was super friendly and helpful in setting up the right plan for me! They will continue to have my business!
Tidal Wave is easily the best car wash around. I swing through several times a week, and the experience is consistently solid. The staff keeps things moving, and I’ve got to call out Abby specifically—she’s always at the gate with a friendly vibe that sets the tone for the whole visit. Great place, great people, and my car comes out looking sharp every time.
Abby greeted me today as I entered to have my truck washed. I use to come once in a while and every time I was there, Abby would help me and talked to me about getting the monthly package. I finely did but told her now I will not get to talk to you when I come. Abby makes sure to greet me every time I come still even though I now have the scan and go monthly plan. Abby is an example for other young people, as she always is friendly, helpful, and gives outstanding customer service.
We accidentally locked our keys in our car and Jeff was able to come out and within five minutes had our door unlocked. He was very professional and was willing to help us when we would’ve otherwise had to call a locksmith and not only lost a lot of time, but would have had to spend a lot of money to get back into our car. Good car wash for monthly passes. Abigail is awesome. Always friendly remembers my name and cars. Even the manager said she is great and very knowledgeable when picking out a car wash. Thank you Abigail! It always is a pleasure to see you.
