As Santa, I use my vehicles to travel around so they need to be clean. I came out and saw my truck was yellow from pollen. I thought it would take 2 washes but it didn't. Since my sleigh only flies on Christmas Eve, I try to take care of my vehicles throughout the year. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is awesome! Great wash and even greater employees. Everyone is friendly and professional. Before and after photos.
I Like the shop and wish I could rate the towels separately which would be 1 star. This is the only shop I’ve been to that has damp/wet towels and they’re not washed good or dried so they often have a sour smell to them due to not being dried. The washer also leaves a lot of grass, hair, etc still left on the towels. The actual car wash does a good job on the cars and the vacuums work pretty good. My only issue is the towels and I’ll hope they correct that.
The BEST customer service I have ever experienced at a car wash! They couldn’t take my truck through the wash due to policy of no articles in bed. BUT, they did accommodate by offering to wash/hose off the huge amount of mud off my truck. Very grateful!! Thank you Tidal Wave!
I don’t remember authorizing a $49 monthly payment. If I did please send me a copy of the contract I signed bc I don’t have anything. Seems that I paid about $500 for one car wash based on the amt deducted from my account. I think this could have been resolved by sending me the contract with my signature. I remember the attendant saying I could come back each day during the promotion to get my car wash until the promotion ended however, I came the last day of the promotion. Come here once a week or so, Jeff is always so pleasant and helpful. This time I actually locked my keys in my truck and he was super helpful and happy to help. Thanks Jeff for going above and beyond.
