I don’t know how I feel about this car wash. I have visited twice to get my car washed (relatively new- barely 2 months old) & on both occasions there seem to be the same issues I have to address once I’m home. As you can see, there’s this black speckles that stains the car and there are significant amount of dirt left on the car that I have to hand wash at home which defeat the purpose of me getting the premium service I paid for. Employees were very nice but I was pretty disappointed with how clean my car actually got. I paid for the “ceramic sea gloss” level too hoping that would help. Maybe the machine didn’t like all the grooves in my cars design but I would guess a lot of makes and models would have a similar issue.
Thomas always smiles and is a positive person. Making sure everyone feels seen and appreciated. He likes his job it is evident when you see him…my favorite car wash!

I thought it was odd that the first hand brush wash only washed half of my window, the guy that set me straight didn't hand brush wash me at all. I was concerned when the large truck behind me seemed to come in immediately behind me but was already in the process, so what to do? Then the car wash stopped. Completely. I waited, because again what to do when you are already IN the car wash? When it started working again I noticed the truck was RIGHT behind me and it seemed odd.
