I don’t know how I feel about this car wash. I have visited twice to get my car washed (relatively new- barely 2 months old) & on both occasions there seem to be the same issues I have to address once I’m home. As you can see, there’s this black speckles that stains the car and there are significant amount of dirt left on the car that I have to hand wash at home which defeat the purpose of me getting the premium service I paid for. Excellent service here! The attendants were extremely helpful and attentive when cleaning my vehicle. Best drive through in the Athens area. Thomas helped me pick a wash package and he was a rockstar. I will definitely be coming back here, and wish I stopped by sooner!
Employees were very nice but I was pretty disappointed with how clean my car actually got. I paid for the “ceramic sea gloss” level too hoping that would help. Maybe the machine didn’t like all the grooves in my cars design but I would guess a lot of makes and models would have a similar issue.
This place is great for getting that good look and shine to your vehicle. Also great for cleaning interior as well. Updated note: I am a member and use 4 different locations often and this location in Athens near Sams Club was the worse experience I've ever had with them. They had a young man that took no effort to prewash the windshield or front of the truck. Finally found a place that made me want the monthly subscription. As old as my car is when it comes outta here it looks brand new. The cleaner and towels are always stocked and I never arrived and something wasn't working.
