Employees were very nice but I was pretty disappointed with how clean my car actually got. I paid for the “ceramic sea gloss” level too hoping that would help. Maybe the machine didn’t like all the grooves in my cars design but I would guess a lot of makes and models would have a similar issue.
Wish they had a birthday club, or buy 6 washes get the 7th free. Or $5- Fridays, other than that my car got washed and it looked sparkling clean. No issues, except it's a little on the pricey side.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I started coming to this Tidal Wave location adjacent to the Athens Sam’s weekly in 2019. I have a Club membership which allows me unlimited washes/visits. It is well worth the expense especially if you transport dogs or small children. I actually speak to the attendants during my weekly visits and they always greet me warmly. The guys here are always friendly and helpful! I love that I always see the same employees. They work hard! Car wash does a great job, clean towels and spray for cleaning inside and strong vacuums. Safe environment.
I will not be returning, I have never had a problem until today when I went through and this happened. The guy told me they are not responsible for trim and then proceeded to point to a sign that didn’t state it then he told me to go to the body shop and get it fixed! BUT what I did read was where it said that “they are not responsible for things You put on yourself” but this is factory trim!
