Employees were very nice but I was pretty disappointed with how clean my car actually got. I paid for the “ceramic sea gloss” level too hoping that would help. Maybe the machine didn’t like all the grooves in my cars design but I would guess a lot of makes and models would have a similar issue.
I thought it was odd that the first hand brush wash only washed half of my window, the guy that set me straight didn't hand brush wash me at all. I was concerned when the large truck behind me seemed to come in immediately behind me but was already in the process, so what to do? Then the car wash stopped. Completely. I waited, because again what to do when you are already IN the car wash? When it started working again I noticed the truck was RIGHT behind me and it seemed odd. Love this place, have been using it for almost 4 years now. Love the fact they are in different cities too, so I can use whenever I need it! The staff is always so friendly! Jonathan was great and helpful this time around! Thank you for the great service!
Wish they had a birthday club, or buy 6 washes get the 7th free. Or $5- Fridays, other than that my car got washed and it looked sparkling clean. No issues, except it's a little on the pricey side.
Excellent carwash! I've been to several in our area and this is by far the best. I have a monthly membership which makes things super easy. The staff always have smiling faces and take the time to scrub and pressure wash your car if you have any excess mud or dirt. Very satisfied!
