This Tidal Wave is hands down the best car wash in Athens! The whole experience is fast, convenient, and leaves my car looking spotless every time. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I love that they offer free vacuums and towels to clean the interior. Their monthly membership is a great deal if you like to keep your car clean regularly — totally worth it. Plus, the wash itself is thorough and gentle on the paint. I always drive away feeling like my car just left the showroom. Highly recommend!
I got the cheapest wash option, so I wasn’t expecting a great wash, but this car wash just flat out left my car dirtier than when I came. I almost think the car wash was broken, because it literally just sprayed water and soap on my car and the giant scrubbers never came down to get the soap off my car, leaving a big residue. The 1 star is for the vacuums and rags, which were nice, but this was an overall waste of $12.
Great crew they have over there at the new tidal wave. Car was filthy now looks brand new. Team was very welcoming and all smiles. 10/10 would recommend. Car washes were free but I got one of their amazing plans that let you come in ever day for only $9.97
First I'll say service was great. I got the wash just below the most expensive. Probably one of the worst results of a drive through car wash I've had. So many spots missed, especially around my trunk (I drive an SUV) and it didn't look like it washed my tires at all. All the mirrors and windows were still dirty around the edges. It's a very narrow drive through so expect it to pop your mirrors in. If you don't have mirrors that do that it will probably hit them a lot. Just not worth the money in my opinion.
Scummy business. Went to get a wash and paid for a special they had going on where you pay for a certain wash, and then you can come back and get that same wash anytime for a whole month free. A few months later I noticed I was being charged $34 monthly from them. The employee at the kiosk had signed me up for a monthly membership without my consent or even telling me.
