First time car wash user and glad it was tidal! The customer service was outstanding and left me speechless. The way i was greeted with smiles and laughs made it feel more like a community then a car wash. I was vacuuming my car and a kind gentle men named Luca went out of his way to get fresh rags so I could clean the interior of my vehicle.

10/10 service from kyler. He assisted me when the vacuum was clogged as well as helping me vacuum my car. Great hospitality and lots of help! Great experience overall!!

I got the cheapest wash option, so I wasn’t expecting a great wash, but this car wash just flat out left my car dirtier than when I came. I almost think the car wash was broken, because it literally just sprayed water and soap on my car and the giant scrubbers never came down to get the soap off my car, leaving a big residue. The 1 star is for the vacuums and rags, which were nice, but this was an overall waste of $12.

I had mud all on my wheels and under my car. The first wash didn't get all the mud so the guy working, his name is Angel, really went above and beyond to get the mud out from under my car. I really appreciated his customer service and willingness to get what I wanted done. He had a positive attitude and went above and beyond. I am a satisfied customer.

i love athens tidal wave!!!!!! i like the little guy with the nose ring!! and the tall fellows they’re cool too! and i got a good wash here, no issues. love the guy with the nose ring though.
