I got the cheapest wash option, so I wasn’t expecting a great wash, but this car wash just flat out left my car dirtier than when I came. I almost think the car wash was broken, because it literally just sprayed water and soap on my car and the giant scrubbers never came down to get the soap off my car, leaving a big residue. The 1 star is for the vacuums and rags, which were nice, but this was an overall waste of $12.
Great crew they have over there at the new tidal wave. Car was filthy now looks brand new. Team was very welcoming and all smiles. 10/10 would recommend. Car washes were free but I got one of their amazing plans that let you come in ever day for only $9.97
Great Service. 1st time here. D'Angelo gave the best free customer service to me (with my phobia of self automatic wash process) Ms Christine very kind and ready to assist anytime as well. Clean and safe environment.
Went through the wash on May 19, 2025 at 4:15 PM. I have had a membership for two years. They were about 10 cars in line and one young man working his tail off, prepping the cars as they entered the tunnel. Unfortunately, his female coworker was playing on her phone by the gate. She wasn't acknowledging customers and she certainly wasn't helping the young man who is doing everything he could to get the cars Into the tunnel quickly. Hey yall the new Tidal Wave on Atlanta Highway in Athens is a cut above. From the moment you drive up and are greeted to the Team Leader Dennis, the TW team takes care of you! The location is easier to enter and exit than the other location on Atl Hwy. It is well equipped and clean. We have the montly membership. Worth every penny
