Chad and Caleb deserve a raise. They were very patient with me when I asked questions about all the wash options, and even took special care to pressure wash the bird poop, berries, and tree gunk off my truck after I asked them, all feeling like real people and keeping it real with me. Excellent customer service all around.
I have not had a problem with these guys until I looked at my credit card bill and saw that I was being charged 90 something dollars for two vehicles. When I signed up for the monthly plan in October, I paid thirty dollars. I added my wife's car to the plan, and then I looked at my credit card statement in January and realized that I had been charged over 90 dollars for the last two months. This car wash has went downhill since I started about a year ago. They rush when brushing the vehicle or bypass and send you straight to the wash. I went in today with my Jeep and the passenger side never was touched by the wash. When it finished, I went to the associate and he said with Jeeps they cant use the brushes on the side per management. Whats the part of a car wash of its not being cleaned.
Skyler and Michael were exceptional, extremely kind staff. I came here for a wash because I was getting the car prepped for sale. Michael and skyler personally went out of their way to help me touch up the car after the wash. Their customer service is exceptional, i will most definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for an excellent service.
Car wash starts with windows, lights, and hood washing by hand. Very efficient here. Next you go through the wash which gets car clean and waxed. When done, have vacuum and cleaning station (and plenty of them) to finish off car cleaning. Great service and your car will come out clean!
