I would give this tidal wave location five stars except for today. I wanted to share with the manager on duty what I thought might be helpful feedback. I spoke with one of the workers and asked to speak to the manager. After drying and vacuuming my car I still hadn't spoken to the manager, so I went back to the office. Skyler and Michael were exceptional, extremely kind staff. I came here for a wash because I was getting the car prepped for sale. Michael and skyler personally went out of their way to help me touch up the car after the wash. Their customer service is exceptional, i will most definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for an excellent service.

As someone who strives to keep their car clean, this has been the best experience. Car comes out looking way better than I would ever expect out of an automated car wash. It’s not perfect but it does in 5 minutes what usually takes me an hour. The only thing I have to do after a wash is hit my wheels to get them perfect.

Car wash starts with windows, lights, and hood washing by hand. Very efficient here. Next you go through the wash which gets car clean and waxed. When done, have vacuum and cleaning station (and plenty of them) to finish off car cleaning. Great service and your car will come out clean!

Highly recommend this car wash! The vacuums are great, staff friendly, and overall nice environment. I got the $12 car wash and was very satisfied with the results 😀 Chad helped me today and was awesome!
