As someone who strives to keep their car clean, this has been the best experience. Car comes out looking way better than I would ever expect out of an automated car wash. It’s not perfect but it does in 5 minutes what usually takes me an hour. The only thing I have to do after a wash is hit my wheels to get them perfect.
We bring all of our vehicles from a local business to Tidal Wave on Lexington Road and I am always impressed with how good a job they do in getting them clean. We very seldom have to wait very long and the few times there has been an issue, they quickly correct it. The general manager, Paul Thomas, made me feel like I was his most important client of the day. Great Product + Great Service. I am a big fan of Tidal Wave and Paul Thomas. I look forward to my next visit. I have found my favorite car wash.
I scanned my card to enter the gate and drove around to the attendant that ran a scrub brush over the front of my car and directed me to the car wash. Another attendant ran a scrub brush over my windshield and had me put my car in neutral for the drive through the tunnel. A strong air blower blew off the water when I got to the end. If I could rate this location zero stars I would. I took my car through the car wash at this location 2 weekends ago and when the attendant lined my car up before going through I heard my tire scrap! I got the attendant's attention only for him to disregard and say that everything was fine. While I was drying off my car I notice my rims were completely scratch!
