Isaiah has a really good work ethic and you can tell he actually cares about the customers and has high standards for work. Made sure everything was done right and my car came out looking great. Solid experience, I'll definitely be back. This is a picture from after I got home. Such great work!

Gavin helped me out a lot at the car wash and made the whole process quick and easy. He was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job. His customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the help.

It was my first time there, and the guy Isaiah made it a really good experience. He was very professional and made sure my car was actually clean not just a quick surface wash. I left impressed and will definitely be back.

Always a great experience when I go there, everything works very good… maybe too good😅. A vacuum sucked in a $20 bill I had in the center console! When I told Michael about it, he was very understanding and told me he would take care of it! I received a text later saying that he found it and that I could pick it up! Michael was helpful, respectful, and had an amzing attitude! Tidal is lucky to have him on the team

This place used to be pretty good but has quickly gone downhill particularly the last couple months. The cleaning rags are always wet now, folded up wet and stacked onto a cart, are generally covered in what seems to be sawdust, and they smell so strongly of mildew, each time worse than the last. I can't even wash the smell out of my hands after wiping the windshield. They also stopped scrubbing the windshields and bumpers before the wash, either just wiping the soapy water brush once across them instead, or simply not doing... read more
