I have cleaned my Tahoe at Tidal Wave in Athens GA several times because it has great service and is so convenient for vacuum and wiping down the vehicle after the wash. However, I had not joined as a member. My visit on the morning on July 24th changed my thoughts on that solely due to the professionalism, service, and welcoming nature of Michael. Best customer service ever! Micheal made sure when my first wash didn’t come out clean on back half of truck because I had a hitch on he explained why and next time take off your hitch but since I did not have the key to take it off he offered to rewash and brush the sides for me!!! Now that is excellent customer service care!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!
Always a great experience when I go there, everything works very good… maybe too good😅. A vacuum sucked in a $20 bill I had in the center console! When I told Michael about it, he was very understanding and told me he would take care of it! I received a text later saying that he found it and that I could pick it up! Michael was helpful, respectful, and had an amzing attitude! Tidal is lucky to have him on the team
Isaiah has a really good work ethic and you can tell he actually cares about the customers and has high standards for work. Made sure everything was done right and my car came out looking great. Solid experience, I'll definitely be back. This is a picture from after I got home. Such great work!
Excellent customer service!! Micheal was very very friendly, professional. Outstanding place to have my car washed, I love that the vacuums are free, and that you can outside wall your mats!! Thank you Michael, I highly recommend everyone to go have your car detailed there!!!
