I had such a great experience at this car wash, and Angel was absolutely amazing! He was so sweet, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the experience so easy and pleasant. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and providing great service. Definitely ask for Angel if you come here!
It has been 2 weeks. The fact that you guys said you will give me a call after the incident and never call. And the fact that you promised you will also send me the incident report but never did. The fact that you guys try to avoid us when we show up requesting the incident report, shows how unprofessional you guys are. Please send me the incident report. It’s been 2 weeks already. I’ve been coming to Tidal Wave Car Wash since 2022, and this is the first review I’ve ever felt compelled to leave. Today around 5:00 PM, Adam greeted me and provided exceptional service. My Escalade had been through the North Carolina mountains and still had mud packed inside the wheel wells, even after I brought it through the wash yesterday. The perfect location to get your car squeaky clean! I LOVE the access to wash cloths and cleaning spray for self-service interior cleaning, as well as their super strong vacuums. The line was long when I pulled up but they were so quick and efficient, like one perfect assembly line. It helped that the young gentlemen working were so friendly too! Shout out to Luis who asked me about my experience! Management should be proud of the great crew and establishment they have. Definitely recommend this place!
Great car wash. Been here a number of times always had a pleasant experience. Today was especially outstanding due to one of the employees Louis!! Big shout out to him. Amazing, super nice guy turned out, They closed while I was still cleaning my car. He didn’t say one word. So thank you Luis for allowing me to finish my car wash and for teaching me a lesson about self awareness, and how to be more considerate of other people’s time!
