I’ve been coming to this car wash for years, as well as with my family and several friends. We have always trusted them with our vehicles. Unfortunately, that trust is completely gone. During my last visit, my back windshield was cracked in the automatic wash. It was such a scary moment for my two toddlers and I. I highly recommend this car wash. I come here so often I have a subscription. I recommend anyone you only have to go through once and your car is squeaky clean. You really don’t have to do anything to help clean the inside of your car. The outside is immaculate.

I bypass the car wash in my own neighborhood and drive an extra 15 minutes just to come here—and it’s worth every mile. The management clearly takes immense pride in this facility; it is always pristine and running smoothly. A huge shoutout to Thomas, who is consistently there to greet me with a smile and top-tier service. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about the customer experience. Used to be a very good location, but over the past year while I have held my membership, the ability to vacuum my car has become very limited. Almost every time I come, about half of the vacuum area is blocked off with trash cans. The few vacuums that are available are usually clogged or have very little suction and will not even pick up small debris from the floor of my car. Flowery Branch location is always easy to get in, good room and they’ll even help spray off your floor mats. Plenty of towels and air ones, etc. And they’re always friendly. I also like same service at all the other locations I’ve been to as well.
