It has been 2 weeks. The fact that you guys said you will give me a call after the incident and never call. And the fact that you promised you will also send me the incident report but never did. The fact that you guys try to avoid us when we show up requesting the incident report, shows how unprofessional you guys are. Please send me the incident report. It’s been 2 weeks already. Please stop avoiding us.
Used to be a very good location, but over the past year while I have held my membership, the ability to vacuum my car has become very limited. Almost every time I come, about half of the vacuum area is blocked off with trash cans. The few vacuums that are available are usually clogged or have very little suction and will not even pick up small debris from the floor of my car. The perfect location to get your car squeaky clean! I LOVE the access to wash cloths and cleaning spray for self-service interior cleaning, as well as their super strong vacuums. The line was long when I pulled up but they were so quick and efficient, like one perfect assembly line. It helped that the young gentlemen working were so friendly too! Shout out to Luis who asked me about my experience! Management should be proud of the great crew and establishment they have. Definitely recommend this place!
I highly recommend this car wash. I come here so often I have a subscription. I recommend anyone you only have to go through once and your car is squeaky clean. You really don’t have to do anything to help clean the inside of your car. The outside is immaculate.
I’ve been coming to this car wash for years, as well as with my family and several friends. We have always trusted them with our vehicles. Unfortunately, that trust is completely gone. During my last visit, my back windshield was cracked in the automatic wash. It was such a scary moment for my two toddlers and I.
