Updating Review: Originally I said a huge no because after going through the wash, I noticed many random chips of paint off my car damaging it. On the flip side, I have been here a few times prior and haven’t had any chips of paint come off my car by going through. Perhaps it was a freak accident? Vacuums are good. I would happily spend time to clean my car inside and out. However, I really don’t know what to do from here from the freak accident of getting my car paint chipped in random spots. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a complete nightmare. The manager Benjamin is completely incompetent. I went about two weeks ago and as I was exiting the tunnel I noticed my windshield had been cracked. I immediately pulled into a parking space and notified an employee. After calling 6 times they finally reached out to me for the first time a MONTH later to tell me they do not take responsibility for the damage due to a “pre existing condition”.
