This might be the worst car wash in Kennesaw. Pulled up for a wash on Friday afternoon and the attendant tried to sell me a wash membership which I declined. Not sure why anyone would buy before trying the car wash. So I picked the $30 wash and then had to request a receipt since the attendant didn’t offer me one. I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really paid attention to detail. I especially want to give a shoutout to Erick, who did an amazing job cleaning my car mats — they came out spotless and looked almost brand new. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, excellent service and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

I can’t say enough great things about Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Every time I visit, I leave with a vehicle that looks showroom ready. The facility is always clean, efficient and well managed- but what really sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. Excellent customer service, very friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Eric, for your kindness and being attentive to my needs at my recent visit. First of all, I received a flyer in the mail from tidal wave (Carwash) in which they presented a free car wash. I thought that was right on time being that we came out of the snow apocalypse three lol I came to try these guys out. I have a white vehicle mind you dirt shows up everywhere I went through with a $30 wash that they blessed me with and the car was still dirty.
