This might be the worst car wash in Kennesaw. Pulled up for a wash on Friday afternoon and the attendant tried to sell me a wash membership which I declined. Not sure why anyone would buy before trying the car wash. So I picked the $30 wash and then had to request a receipt since the attendant didn’t offer me one. When I finished going through the wash my truck was still dirty in many areas and there were scratches all over and a chip on the door handle. I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really paid attention to detail. I especially want to give a shoutout to Erick, who did an amazing job cleaning my car mats — they came out spotless and looked almost brand new. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, excellent service and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

I can’t say enough great things about Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Every time I visit, I leave with a vehicle that looks showroom ready. I always come to this car wash because they’re fast and friendly. This evening, Eric and CJ were great! They took some extra time with my car when they didn’t have to and were super kind and professional. Really appreciated their help. Excellent customer service!
