Long time Patron. Something happened with my account where I had to wait a week to renew my membership and they just gave me a free wash no questions asked. I'm sure a few of them recognized me but it was nice for them to extend that courtesy. Highly recommended. Thank you!!!
I went on a early Friday morning. Perfect time to go as it is not crowded. Got the $30 wash as I had a coupon. Good wash, car was clean, I did use the vacuum and the one I had was good got all the dirt off my floors. I did use the rags as I was in a rush. But overall I was happy with my cleaning.
Love coming to this new location. All locations in the Kennesaw and Tampa area are great! I've had the monthly membership for a couple years now and have no complaints. Conveniently located, always friendly, clean and well lit. Restrooms available at this location, always clean towels and plenty of vacuums.
I had a bird stuck in the grill of my car and I went to Tidal Wave in hopes that the Graph-X4 wash would get it off the front of my car. But after the wash, I looked and the bird was still embedded in my car. I asked for help and Adam, the general manager, not only took the bird out of the grill but also personally took a moment to make sure any other stuck on bugs and debris on my car was removed and scrubbed clean! This is the one of the best service experiences I’ve had at Tidal Wave and I will be coming back!
