This might be the worst car wash in Kennesaw. Pulled up for a wash on Friday afternoon and the attendant tried to sell me a wash membership which I declined. Not sure why anyone would buy before trying the car wash. So I picked the $30 wash and then had to request a receipt since the attendant didn’t offer me one. When I finished going through the wash my truck was still dirty in many areas and there were scratches all over and a chip on the door handle. Julian at Tidal Wave in Acworth did such an amazing job last night as he stayed open up until last minute to accommodate my car wash. He was courteous, professional, & very kind. I appreciate & respect great customer service that still exists at many different establishments across our state. Shout out to Julian & keep up the superb job.

Love this car wash!!! I pass 4 other car washed to get to this one!! Nowhere else gets my tires and wheels so clean and shiny. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating.
I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really paid attention to detail. I especially want to give a shoutout to Erick, who did an amazing job cleaning my car mats — they came out spotless and looked almost brand new. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, excellent service and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
