Love this car wash! Staff is friendly and professional. Owner keeps equipment and supplies in great condition. Lastly, car wash stays open as much as possible which is very convenient.
Jerome is amazing! He noticed I needed a quick hand while I was in line and jumped right in — super professional and genuinely helpful. You don’t find customer service that goes above and beyond like that these days. That’s a big reason I stay loyal to Tidal Wave. I keep my membership all year and have recommended it to friends and coworkers who rave about it too. The place is always clean, the staff is on it, and the service is consistently great.
Khi did an amazing job on my car today. He was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. He took the time to get all the bugs off my grill, which I really appreciated. Great service, very friendly, and really cares about his work.
I took my car in for a wash, and unfortunately, my bumper was damaged during the process. When I reported the issue, the Site Leader , Kevin Brake refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this location based on the lack of accountability.
The workers running the car wash were absolutely wonderful! I’ve never been so impressed at a car wash with how quick and efficient their team was. The guy helping me select a wash was very kind and helped me understand the options. Then, instead of just one person trying to give a rushed initial wash with a brush before going through the tunnel, there were three guys at different stages of waiting for the car wash that really provided a thorough cleaning.
