I like this Tidal Wave location McDonough because it’s conveniently close to my home, only a few miles away. However, nearly every time I visit, there’s no one available to wash the front, rear, and bottom sides of my car the way they do at the Fayetteville location. Fayetteville is always well-staffed, and they make sure the car gets a more thorough clean. I took my car in for a wash, and unfortunately, my bumper was damaged during the process. When I reported the issue, the Site Leader , Kevin Brake refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this location based on the lack of accountability.

I hate to give this place one star because I only did it in reference to Kevin. I have been coming here for years with no problem. I recently bought a new car . Again, still been coming here. I bought a car wash and was handed the ticket to get a free car wash for the next 30 days. I have had the sticker in my car due to me wanting to not put the sticker on the window of my new vehicle just yet. From the moment we pull into Tidal Wave Car Wash, we’re greeted like valued customers. The manager is always present with a warm welcome and a smile, which immediately sets a positive tone for the visit. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here! The wash itself is quick, efficient, and leaves our vehicle sparkling clean every time. Charlie, remember that name Charlie Charlie was very very personable. Very very experienced. Very very caring met my knees like none other. I am a four year I believe 4 to 5 year Tidal waves customer and have never had no one clean or otherwise use that brush in places where is necessary to the point where he even added an additional like an additional sponge wipe to it. Charlie. Oh and that mgr is amazing.
