⭐️ 1 Star! I recently went through Tidal Wave Car Wash in Fayetteville and left with damage to my Nissan Maxima that was caused during the car wash. The trim/frame around my back window was pulled off and broken. What makes this experience especially frustrating is what happened afterward. Before going through the wash, I noticed an employee doing something around my vehicle. My favorite car wash! The staff is always so sweet with amazing energy! I have a Graph X membership and go at least once if not twice a week. Xion/Zion is always super sweet and his energy is contagious. 10/10 recommend
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I appreciate the convenience of the service and how easy it was to get my car washed. It’s always nice to have a clean, shiny car, and I love being able to drive away feeling like my vehicle got some extra care. Thank you to the team especially to Kevin for providing a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa to anyone looking for a convenient car wash!
I was actually on my way to a coin car wash when I passed by Tidal Wave. When I stopped in for the first time; I found very clean carports, vacuum cleaners that sounded good and strong-- and to my delight; were exactly that. Their were multiple trash cans available along with even glass cleaner and clean towels to help clean the inside of your vehicle. The staff was very friendly and even came over to say hello and tell me about the details of the location. I will definitely be back. Thank you

Stopped by today, 1/26/26 around 2:40pm and encountered a young black Staffer. He never made ANY eye contact even when I said good day and told him it was my first time there. I was uncertain as to whether I should wait for him to calll me through, or if I should just proceed. By the time I could ask, he mumbled sarcastically unde... read more
