Love this car wash! Staff is friendly and professional. Owner keeps equipment and supplies in great condition. Lastly, car wash stays open as much as possible which is very convenient.
This is one of the newest car washes in Fayetteville, GA. However I was reminded today how my fellow Black americans deliver better hospitality to our non-black patrons. I've never understood this. Stopped by today, 1/26/26 around 2:40pm and encountered a young black Staffer. He never made ANY eye contact even when I said good day and told him it was my first time there. A classmate and friend referred me to this awesome car wash! Many times I have been in this area, I did not notice Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I had such a blessed and supportive experience with Jerome E. , he was so nice, helpful, respectful, honest, knowledgeable of the caŕ washing and such a delightful spirited young man. What did I just pay for? Brush marks? My jeep is still filthy. I didn’t even ask to take it back through; I figured it would be pointless.
I took my car in for a wash, and unfortunately, my bumper was damaged during the process. When I reported the issue, the Site Leader , Kevin Brake refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this location based on the lack of accountability.
