Love this car wash! Staff is friendly and professional. Owner keeps equipment and supplies in great condition. Lastly, car wash stays open as much as possible which is very convenient.

What did I just pay for? Brush marks? My jeep is still filthy. I didn’t even ask to take it back through; I figured it would be pointless.

Jerome is amazing! He noticed I needed a quick hand while I was in line and jumped right in — super professional and genuinely helpful. You don’t find customer service that goes above and beyond like that these days. That’s a big reason I stay loyal to Tidal Wave. I keep my membership all year and have recommended it to friends and coworkers who rave about it too. The place is always clean, the staff is on it, and the service is consistently great.

I took my car in for a wash, and unfortunately, my bumper was damaged during the process. When I reported the issue, the Site Leader , Kevin Brake refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this location based on the lack of accountability.

Khi did an amazing job on my car today. He was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. He took the time to get all the bugs off my grill, which I really appreciated. Great service, very friendly, and really cares about his work.
