This is one of the newest car washes in Fayetteville, GA. However I was reminded today how my fellow Black americans deliver better hospitality to our non-black patrons. I've never understood this. A classmate and friend referred me to this awesome car wash! Many times I have been in this area, I did not notice Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I had such a blessed and supportive experience with Jerome E. , he was so nice, helpful, respectful, honest, knowledgeable of the caŕ washing and such a delightful spirited young man. We absolutely love this car wash, it is our go-to when we want to get our cars nice and clean! The attendants are very professional and helpful, the car wash always leaves our car super clean. We came on a very busy day, and there were no towels out, but as soon as we let the staff know, they got more towels out as soon as possible. It can get very busy when the weather is great, but the staff does everything they can to help. Just have to be patient and understanding.
It's a quick service / self service drive through carwash with an automated tunnel. It does a good job of washing your car. Vacuums are available for free if use after yuve purchased a car wash most of them in shade with towels and glass cleaner. This is not a full service car wash. I love this tidal wave. The lines are very fast and the attendants are really nice and helpful. I have the monthly pass which I feel is worth it. There is plenty of spots to vacuum your car after as well.
