Isaac was a great help at the car wash and remained very professional throughout the entire experience. He had a positive attitude, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done well. His customer service was excellent, and he truly went above and beyond. I appreciate the great service!

Great wash program! Just pull up to the gate, it automatically scans your window decal, follow the instructions of the associate, and let the tunnel clean your vehicle! Today, 20 November 2025, the vacuums were weak. This is the first this has happened to me.

took my truck to this car wash expecting a decent clean, but it was a complete waste of money. The outside still had dirt spots all over it, the wheels looked like they barely touched them, and there were streaks left on every window. The vacuums inside barely worked and the staff acted annoyed when I asked about it. On top of that, I waited almost 40 minutes for a job I could’ve done better myself at home. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Half of the vacuums doesn’t work, the small air blowers doesn’t work, but they increase the prices without notifying their customers, and they cancellation process is very difficult. I called them to cancel since they don’t have the option to cancel online like most businesses (this their shady practice to keep charging you) because they increased my membership without notifying me.
