The brothers here take good car of your car. They get you in and out with the quickness. Good vacuums and even have the air blower at many stations. I always come here when I see one in the area.

I had such an amazing experience at tidal wave in McDonough. Chris was such an excellent help. Our process was made fun and easier will be coming back !!!!

Have been a loyal customer for a few years now and never had any complaints until about 2 weeks ago. My car was damaged during the wash, my back bumper has been pulled out and when I reported the incident, they told me they’d look through the cameras and then had me fill out an incident report. They then told me they’d reach out to me within 7 business days. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone.

My name is Robert Neely and on July 4, 2025 I was at your facility located at 42 Hwy 81, McDonough Ga at approximately 8:45 AM. I was staying at the hotel next door and your facility was very convenient. The previous night I had driven to the area from Savannah and the front of my car had bug debris.
