October 17, 2025 at Mcdonough location. Carson was amazing! (I'm fairly certain that's correct, but his name might have been Carter) He was very friendly and worked hard to accommodate me and to clean the bugs off the front of my vehicle. I really appreciate his hard work and his polite, friendly demeanor!
The brothers here take good car of your car. They get you in and out with the quickness. Good vacuums and even have the air blower at many stations. I always come here when I see one in the area.
I had such an amazing experience at tidal wave in McDonough. Chris was such an excellent help. Our process was made fun and easier will be coming back !!!!
Have been a loyal customer for a few years now and never had any complaints until about 2 weeks ago. My car was damaged during the wash, my back bumper has been pulled out and when I reported the incident, they told me they’d look through the cameras and then had me fill out an incident report. They then told me they’d reach out to me within 7 business days. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone.
My name is Robert Neely and on July 4, 2025 I was at your facility located at 42 Hwy 81, McDonough Ga at approximately 8:45 AM. I was staying at the hotel next door and your facility was very convenient. The previous night I had driven to the area from Savannah and the front of my car had bug debris.
