Great wash program! Just pull up to the gate, it automatically scans your window decal, follow the instructions of the associate, and let the tunnel clean your vehicle! Today, 20 November 2025, the vacuums were weak. This is the first this has happened to me.

Really nice car wash. Everyone is hard working and moves us through efficiently. The only issue is have is that the drying roller at the end doest come down far enough to dry my whole windshield.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service here. The wash brushes were so abrasive that they scratched my car’s paint all the way down to the bare metal in several spots. On top of that, the wash barely cleaned the vehicle—there was residue left behind, making it look worse than before. For a place that advertises convenience and quality, this was the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone who cares about their car’s finish to avoid this location.

Tidal Wave is my favorite car wash not only in mcdonough but the whole Georgia I've been everywhere I can honestly say that their vacuum quality is amazing you will not leave any type of mess in your car the customer service is amazing I wouldn't go anywhere else other than tidal wave McDonough!

Incredible customer service! An employee noticed I had some really caked on bugs after my wash and sent me around again so that he and another employee could personally scrub the bugs off with a special sponge. Everyone was so helpful and the facility is so nice!
