Tidal Wave on Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, Georgia deserves a solid five stars. I stopped by on a Sunday and had a great experience from start to finish. The wash was thorough and quick, and I had no issues at all with the process. What I really liked was that they provided towels and even had a dedicated bay where you can wipe down your vehicle afterward. I got the membership in October. I’ve always been able to come through twice today. I was told that I’m not allowed to come through the second time and it’s always been that way. My office is two minutes away from this car wash and I am a sports mom I only sign up for memberships if I’m allowed to go through twice I know that I have gone through twice on multiple occasions so I will cancel my membership. This spot is a 10/10 amazing everything the owner even allowed me to vacuum my car with out a was my sun roof is cracked I couldn’t get a wash . Today was my first time going to tidal wave and I was very unsatisfied with the service provided. I paid for unlimited graph-x4 interior club because I wanted my car very clean and spotless, but when they were done it was as if my car was just vacuum and wiped with a rag. The exterior was still looking as it was when I got there. Kylan was very informative! Wenr out of his way to help me out. Young people these days do not have the customer service skills that young man has. Been a member for 18 months this time and he is definitely going to be the reason I come back!
