Tidal Wave on Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, Georgia deserves a solid five stars. I stopped by on a Sunday and had a great experience from start to finish. The wash was thorough and quick, and I had no issues at all with the process. What I really liked was that they provided towels and even had a dedicated bay where you can wipe down your vehicle afterward. I’ve been coming to Tidal Wave for years and it’s always been a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and my car always comes out looking spotless. I appreciate how consistent they are every time—definitely one of the best car washes around. Highly recommend if you want quality and convenience!
Bryson, Stevie and Kevin are beyond awesome at their jobs! Bryson explained the package deal they have currently going on to me, while Stevie scraped something off my windshield for me, Kevin had helped. They were all so friendly. Great job
While the car wash itself is good and gets everything clean, I had a very dissatisfying experience today. In the early afternoon I was in line and their system went down. I waited for almost 20 minutes and had to back out as they were turning everyone away at this point. The employee told me to come back later once everything was up and running.
