Since the last time, is getting worse. Been coming here since I moved to Newnan 18 months ago. The speed of the going through the wash is up. Some of the brushes not working. The blowers leave the car half wet. A third of the vacuuming station's closed. Part of the car not even touched. Had to dry my car in Lowe's parking. Not coming back ever.
Tidal Wave on Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, Georgia deserves a solid five stars. I stopped by on a Sunday and had a great experience from start to finish. The wash was thorough and quick, and I had no issues at all with the process. What I really liked was that they provided towels and even had a dedicated bay where you can wipe down your vehicle afterward. Been traveling and had lots of "road" on my white bmw. The prep before the wash was excellent and my car was shinning when I left! Plus all the Guys here are super helpful!
This Tidal Wave Car wash is so different than the one in Douglasville. I live in Douglasville but I am willing to drive to Newnan to get my cars washed. They have interior wash there and do it for you. They have good priced wash packages for your cars needs. Dillion was at check in and he was so nice and answered all my questions. He exhibited such great customer service, that’s why I will be back to this location.
Employees are great, the car wash malfunctions a bit too much. The dry roller barely works. Been seeing scratches appear recently after going through. We have been tidal wave members for years now.
