Since the last time, is getting worse. Been coming here since I moved to Newnan 18 months ago. The speed of the going through the wash is up. Some of the brushes not working. The blowers leave the car half wet. A third of the vacuuming station's closed. Part of the car not even touched. Had to dry my car in Lowe's parking. Not coming back ever.
Been traveling and had lots of "road" on my white bmw. The prep before the wash was excellent and my car was shinning when I left! Plus all the Guys here are super helpful!
Tidal Wave on Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, Georgia deserves a solid five stars. I stopped by on a Sunday and had a great experience from start to finish. The wash was thorough and quick, and I had no issues at all with the process. What I really liked was that they provided towels and even had a dedicated bay where you can wipe down your vehicle afterward. I purchased the membership everytime I took my car for a car wash it always shows closed under maintenance. Out of a full month I was only able to use their membership 4 times. I paid for a full month I expect to take my car for a car wash whenever I have one hour of my busy day. And the car wash is always closed under maintenance. All day long many times for many days. I got the membership in October. I’ve always been able to come through twice today. I was told that I’m not allowed to come through the second time and it’s always been that way. My office is two minutes away from this car wash and I am a sports mom I only sign up for memberships if I’m allowed to go through twice I know that I have gone through twice on multiple occasions so I will cancel my membership.
