Since the last time, is getting worse. Been coming here since I moved to Newnan 18 months ago. The speed of the going through the wash is up. Some of the brushes not working. The blowers leave the car half wet. A third of the vacuuming station's closed. Part of the car not even touched. Had to dry my car in Lowe's parking. Not coming back ever.

Tidal Wave on Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, Georgia deserves a solid five stars. I stopped by on a Sunday and had a great experience from start to finish. The wash was thorough and quick, and I had no issues at all with the process. What I really liked was that they provided towels and even had a dedicated bay where you can wipe down your vehicle afterward. Today was my first time going to tidal wave and I was very unsatisfied with the service provided. I paid for unlimited graph-x4 interior club because I wanted my car very clean and spotless, but when they were done it was as if my car was just vacuum and wiped with a rag. The exterior was still looking as it was when I got there. I was with my daughter planning on getting her car cleaned. I had some armor All tire cleaner that I planned on spraying my wheels with before going in to the wash so that it would help clean the tires. We pulled into the parking lot across from the car wash and I got out and was spraying my tires with the cleaner. I was not on Tidal Wave property. I’ve been coming to Tidal Wave for years and it’s always been a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and my car always comes out looking spotless. I appreciate how consistent they are every time—definitely one of the best car washes around. Highly recommend if you want quality and convenience!
