Car wash itself was good. Staff is friendly. Does a decent enough job but here's my problem. I was given a gift certificate for father's day for $50. I used the gift card to start a membership, and canceled my membership online because I wanted to use the gift card to pay for my membership. The website is awful. There is no way I could find how to use the gift card online for the membership. While I'm waiting for the membership to lapse, they charge me for the membership I canceled. Great wash. We had just gotten in from a road trip and we have a ton of bugs on our car. Tate was the carwash attendant and we asked if he would give a little extra wash to the windshield. He went above and beyond with the windshield and even scrubbed the front end by hand. If we had cash we would've tipped him. He was courteous and seems like an excellent member of your team. Thank you, Tate! Not one bug mark !!!!!
Love this place! It’s fully covered, which is a huge plus here in Florida—I can wash my car rain or shine! The area is always clean, and they consistently have fresh towels and spray available. The staff is super friendly and always greets me with a smile. Great service all around!
I am a member & frequent the Ridge Rd, NPR location. The staff is great; rarely a wait time in the morning; the towels & cleaners are always spotless AND the car wash does a good job. One disappointment? The top of my hood never quite gets clean! I don't know why this is, maybe the brushes need to be adjusted? The Dale Mabry location is half the stars of NPR! I have been a customer for two years, and the manager there is always super helpful and very conscientious. Very friendly, talks to customers, and you can see that his staff emulates his Customer Service background. I never go to any Other car wash but Tidal, and you should give credit to your excellent manager for that.
