Had bad experience and canceled my membership when washing my brand new 2026 F250 only a month old. Due to the roller hit and dented the fender and took a knic out of the plastic on the step. I told the attendant and he said there was no way there wash would do this damage. Didn't want to argue as was very disappointing that this happened to a brand new vehicle as they are aluminium body's and bend easily.
I have a subscription at this place and I just love it. Machines are always in top shape. All chemicals are there. The kids that run it are ALL super nice!!!
I’ve always had a good experience whenever I go through here, but today was especially great. John went above and beyond this morning spending 10 minutes scraping and scrubbing an old title wave sticker off of my windshield. He absolutely didn’t have to, but insisted. The only negative thing about this place is that they don’t have a large fan for their employees that are standing at the booth. It’s way too hot to have people standing out there without some sort of airflow. Get it together tidal wave!
Buyer beware. If you have aftermarket rims, keep driving and skip Tidal Wave Car Wash. My car and rims were brand new before going through their wash. Their wheel cleaner permanently damaged my rims. Tidal Wave even sent a professional detailer to inspect the damage at my home, and he acknowledged that the damage was caused by their wheel cleaner. This review is specifically for the Ridge Road location. I've been a customer with title wave since they opened their first location and I have never had an issue at any of the other locations except for this Specific one. I can't normally get to the car wash until late in the evening and every time I go to this specific location, the employees pull the Windex and the rags up early shut half of the vacuums off without letting you know nor do they wash the windshield.
