Asked if they had a touchless option and they informed me the brushes could be pulled back. Got the wash and brushes were not pulled back as I asked. Ended up scratching my rims pretty bad as well with their rollers. These are not curb scratches, they’re smooth to the touch and were not there before the wash. Really did a number on my rims, not recommended for nicer cars at all. Spend the extra for a hand wash somewhere else to avoid what happened to me.

I decided to try this car wash because I usually hand wash my car every week, but lately I haven’t had the time and it’s become pretty physically demanding. After seeing the great reviews, I stopped by yesterday and was impressed overall. The staff was hardworking, friendly, and welcoming. Very disappointed with my experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa on SW 95th St in Ocala. We purchased the highest-priced single wash expecting a thorough clean, but the results were poor. The vehicle was still visibly dirty after going through the wash. We had recently driven from Virginia (snowy conditions with road salt) to Florida, so the car needed a proper cleaning — which is exactly why we chose the top-tier option. Good plan to wash a dirty car. The vacuums are the strongest I've ever seen. Friendly staff eager to sell you a membership but I just got the single wash instead. Car was very clean, which is what I was wanting after buying a car wash. The soap looked pretty cool, and rainbow colored. Air compressor worked great for spraying stuff out of cracks. They also had window cleaner and towels to wipe down glass and the interior. That's about all I can think of. Keep up the good work tidal wave! 🧽

I’m more upset with myself because I knew I should not have signed up for the plan. Claims to be easy to cancel but when you put the information in to cancel it keeps coming up as an error and then it tells you to come to the car wash to cancel which is EXACTLY what I did not want to have to do! Which is why I asked the lady before I signed up. There’s no real customer service on the website. Phone number doesn’t work and the chat is just a bot without the option to chat with a live agent… So they can figure out a way to can... read more
